This place was awesome! Very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The pool was right across the street, so convenient for my teens to walk over whenever they wanted to. My only issues were that the grill was pretty rusty and when my husband tried to move it away from the house (because it really shouldn’t be up against the house) it felt like it would fall apart. The kitchen is spacious and the dining table is big enough for like 8 people. The knives are not great! If you’re planning on cutting anything bring a sharp knife with you. Other than the minor issues mentioned, this place was great. Would definitely stay here again! One thing I didn’t read online was that you will have access to the garage, so that was a bonus for us.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals. The home was beautiful, clean, well stocked with towels, and fresh sheets. We were provided with all the things needed to prepare wonderful meals and enjoy beach time! Your staff, knowing that our booking was well after normal business hours due to a snafu with another booking agency, called the next morning to check that we were settled and safe! This is over and above service and care! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The house was very comfortable and impeccably clean, with plenty of towels and linens provided. We traveled with five kids ranging from 18 months to 11 years, and the host had an amazing selection of beach toys and games that kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook during our stay, which made meal times a breeze.The location is fantastic—close to everything we wanted to explore, and we felt incredibly safe throughout our stay. Being right across from the pool was a huge plus, especially with the kids. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great family-friendly stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Flip Flops N Shades in Port Aransas! The location was perfect, just minutes to the beach and close to all the local attractions. The home was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area was a great spot to relax in the evenings. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The place was clean and the communication was good. Enough space to park two vehicles and a golf cart. Close to town and the beach! The place was comfortable, clean and we will be back!

I cannot rave enough about Village Walk and Flip Flop N Shades! It was truly the perfect rental for a family weekend in Port Aransas. Great location in a well kept community, close to the beach as well as restaurants. The unit was exactly what you want in a beach rental - modern but beachy, clean, comfy beds and open space to hangout, play games, cook & dine as a family. Not to mention the rental team was super responsive, communicated regularly leading up to our trip to ensure we had all the info we needed, and made this a super easy process. We're now looking to make this an annual trip, and hope to stay at Flip Flop N Shades for future years!
