Our stay met our needs with all of our guests. Unfortunately, at check in, the house was 77 degrees which is very warm when its 100 outside. The game room is not as pictured but the kids still enjoyed. The balcony in one room was under construction which we werent advised of. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. Pleanty of towels for all of our guests.

Manager's Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad this property met your needs and the kids enjoyed the game room. We appreciate your business and look forward to your next stay with us.

The house was a little dusty. The second thing, the bathrooms upstairs in the master room wasn't functioning well, the water didn't flush well that the cord from the tank had to be pulled for the water to be flushed completely, and one of the bunk beds from upstairs in the hallway, one of the boards from the bottom was already broken, but overall I really loved the house and everything inside . Thank you.

Manager's Response

We are glad to hear that you loved the house and had a great stay. We will work with our housekeepers on the dust and address the bathroom issue to be resolved immediately. Thank you for taking time to give us a review.

The house was very nice and was wonderfully located near the pool. The biggest issues we had were the lack of pots and pans for cooking and the leaking upstairs shower. The house shows some wear and tear but the kids had a great time in the game room and there was enough space for everyone.

Manager's Response

Hello Benita,

Thank you for your review of 11VW, we are glad you enjoyed the property, we have sent this information to the owner and will be getting new pots and pans for the unit, I'm not sure we were aware of the leaking upstairs shower but will send my maintenance department to go look over any possible leaks, thank you for letting us know and hope to see you again.

Actually, 3 days before we were set to go there, I had a motorcycle wreck, spent the time in a hospital instead of the house. Our nephew, who was getting married, and the reason we were going, stayed there for their honeymoon night. Haven't spoken to them personally, but mother in-law said it was nice.
