5 BR Port Aransas vacation home offers a game room, Wi-Fi, Master Suite with a private bath and balcony and is located in the beautiful Village Walk with two community pools.  Just a four-minute drive to the beach this is a place for the whole family. (No Pets)

Life In Paradise Vacation Rentals is now offering one of Village Walks Premier five bedrooms. Sandy Toes is a luxury five-bedroom home with access to two community pools (which are heated during the winter months) that are just steps from the front door. True elegance and pure fun combine to make this vacation getaway one to remember. The vision for Sandy Toes was to create a family fun environment where The King Ranch Meets the Beach. Five Star furnishings, all the comforts of home and a one-of-a-kind game room makes Sandy Toes one of the most sought-after homes in Port Aransas. There is a full outdoor living set in the outdoor entertaining area. Plenty of seating and a full-size BBQ pit make lounging outdoors fun for the whole family. Downstairs offers a Texas-size open living area with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare your freshly caught fish and shrimp. This ground floor also offers a half bath and a bunk room (BR1) containing two sets of twin bunk beds. Now, this brings us to the spacious air-conditioned game room containing a custom Pool Table, PlayStation, & foosball, Venture upstairs where you will find a master bedroom (BR2) with a king bed, private balcony and a flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms with queen beds (BR3) & (BR4) and flat-screen TVs, as well as another bunk room (BR5) with two sets of twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV that round out this five-bedroom Vacation Rental Gem.  Two more luxury baths are also located on this floor.

We had a great time and found the house to the very comfortable. Loved that three of the bedrooms had their very own bathroom! Right next to the pool and close to the beach. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay. You can tell prior guests have been rough on the house especially the game room. The house met our expectations. Property management was very quick to take care of the couple of concerns that we had.

Perfect location, right around the corner from the beach and close to in-town. A cozy and warm home that my family and I got to stay in this past weekend! We look forward to coming again!

The place overall is livable but we expected it to be better based on the published pictures.
The 2nd floor overall, incl bedrooms, were well kept and tidy.
1st floor was a bit opposite. Didn't expect the floor to be all cement. Cement floors were dirty and need some mopping. We found dead cockroaches in living room, and mouse traps made us nervous.
Kitchen could use some new pans (all nonstick pans were scratched to the aluminum core).
Game room isn't as pretty as the pictures show (dirty floors & dust on the tables).

Our stay met our needs with all of our guests. Unfortunately, at check in, the house was 77 degrees which is very warm when its 100 outside. The game room is not as pictured but the kids still enjoyed. The balcony in one room was under construction which we werent advised of. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. Pleanty of towels for all of our guests.

The home was nice overall, The game room equipment is old,mostly broken stuff and the ac wasn't working, It was clean but not professionally cleaned. The dryer vent was plugged and we cleaned it out so we could use the dryer, I feel it was over priced for the condition it is in.

The house was a little dusty. The second thing, the bathrooms upstairs in the master room wasn't functioning well,the water didn't flush well that the cord from the tank had to be pulled for the water to be flushed completely, and one of the bunk beds from upstairs in the hallway, one of the boards from the bottom was already broken, but overall I really loved the house and everything inside . Thank you.

This was a beautiful place and I have recommended it to others..a few things that were a problem was the remotes for the TVs..we cldnt figure them out...had to change channels manually...parking was an issue..we are a large family and only 2 spots was hard too do...aside that..our stay was perfect..beautiful home..love the decor..God willing we will be back next year..Martha Guerra

The house was very nice and was wonderfully located near the pool. The biggest issues we had were the lack of pots and pans for cooking and the leaking upstairs shower. The house shows some wear and tear but the kids had a great time in the game room and there was enough space for everyone.

Dirty toes

Great area close to the beach and nice neighborhood. Regarding this home photos were definitely photo shopped. Home is much older than it appeared. Cob webs, moldy shower curtain, old pans with stuck on scrambled eggs. We had 1 trash bag for our entire stay. Mosquitoes were horrible. Driveway is small with upward incline. Game room is actually the garage. I did like the keyless entry. Rental home beats a hotel room even with the minor issues. Entire family had a great time.

Actually, 3 days before we were set to go there, I had a motorcycle wreck, spent the time in a hospital instead of the house. Our nephew, who was getting married, and the reason we were going, stayed there for their honeymoon night. Haven't spoken to them personally, but mother in-law said it was nice.

The property is in a great location. The private pool is less than ten yards from the house. The family really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We used the game room to its fullest.
