This luxury detached condo is located in the gated Village Walk community with access to two community pools (which are heated during the winter months) and is just steps from the front door. True elegance and pure fun are combined to make this vacation home a getaway to remember. Five Star furnishings are found throughout.  The downstairs is a Texas-size open floor concept with a large sectional and couch (which makes it into a sleeper sofa), made for relaxing, large screen TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen has spacious countertops for prepping meals and is stocked with appliances, basic pots, pans, and utensils for your culinary needs. The grand dining table has seating for ten and three additional stools at the bar. Having a separate coffee bar is a bonus with both a regular coffee maker and Keurig.  The washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the hall closet for your convenience. There is also a half bath downstairs for guest use. This ground floor also offers a master bedroom (BR1) with King king-size bed, nightstands, closet, TV, and desk/workstation with a monitor. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious vanity and a large tile shower with a glass door and enclosure.  More fun is to be had for the whole family by gathering around the fire pit in the outdoor seating area. 
[ **Top floor is accessed from a separate outside door. **] Venture upstairs where you will find 3 additional bedrooms. Intercoms are available to stay in touch with the ground floor. (BR2) has a queen-size bed, dresser, 2-night stands, desk/workstation w/ monitor, TV, and closet for your beach apparel. (BR3) has two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds, one with a trundle, TV, sink, dishwasher, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. (BR4) has a queen-size bed, nightstand, TV, closet, dresser, and chest for your beach attire. These upstairs bedrooms share a hall bath which has tub/shower unit nightstands are equipped with USB charging stations for your convenience, what a bonus!

Nice and clean. Very spacious. Great if you have two separate families or want a little space in between. The upstairs is like a mini apartment. Great space.

So happy with this vacation rental! Our family of 7 (older children) loved the setup with parents on main floor and the teens/grown children taking the 2nd floor. So pleasantly surprised by condition, cleanliness, and happy decor throughout the home! Everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable was included, from an abundance of kitchen utensils, bedroom fans, TVs in every room, board games, large tv to watch the New Year's Eve festivities, throw blankets, starter shampoo/lotion, etc. Particularly loved the large open area in main room with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, the firepit/outdoor seating area, and the upstairs kitchenette. Very quick and easy checkin/out with key code, and management property was so nice and accommodating! Would gladly search out this property again for a future stay!

This beach house is wonderful! It was clean and comfortable. I read the information several times but was still surprised to see that the upstairs rooms were completely detached from the other part of the house, even though it was clearly stated in the description (I just couldn't picture what it meant). With 4 teenagers, this was a blessing and a curse. They had their own little crash pad and my husband and I had the whole main house. With that said, this would not work if you had little ones that could not stay alone. We loved sitting on the deck in front while the kids headed to the pool that is just two houses away. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean. Linens are washed by commercial service, which made me feel better during this covid pandemic. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, though a blender would be a nice addition at a beach house. The location is great-a gated subdivision.

Great house for multiple families to get together and relax. Right by the community pool and Adirondacks to sit in in the front area. Overall a great place to get out of town and enjoy time with the family.

We have such a great time during our stay. The house was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was well stock for our cooking needs. This rental was maintained nicely and very well cared for. We had ample room and the location was right between the beach entrances and local dinning. Looking forward to our next get away.

Very pretty place with BIG table and plenty of seating at table or in the living room. Nice comfy beds Clean and spacious for handling many people. Parking for only 2 cars and no view of water or ease to walk to ocean negatives. Separate outside staircase to upstairs bedrooms a bit of a pain but we got used to it. The atmosphere of the place was inviting and happy.
