Tropics on Tenth is a remodeled concrete, detached condo with a rooftop terrace that provides a panoramic view of Port Aransas. The first floor is an open floor plan great for gathering the family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, open shelving, a regular drip coffee maker and a dining table with seating for six. For your convenience, the laundry room houses a full-size, stackable washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and extra stools for seating. The living room is adorned with a flamingo-covered wall and comprised of a large turquoise sectional and accent chair, made for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV. The downstairs bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, a Twin daybed with a Twin pull-out trundle, nightstands and wall-mounted TV.  The hall bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower. Upstairs you will find an additional living space with a sofa sleeper, two chairs, games and a wall-mounted TV. The bunk room (BR2)  is made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed, chest and a wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom contains a vanity and tub/shower. The guest room (BR3) contains a King bed and wall-mounted TV. The master suite (BR4)  is made up of a King bed, wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity and shower.  Cool off in the shared pool after a day at the beach, sit out at the picnic table with an umbrella, cook the day's catch on the charcoal grill or venture up to the spacious rooftop terrace with artificial turf and outdoor furniture to enjoy cool breezes and inviting views.

Tropics on Tenth was in a great location. Offered plenty of space for my family. All cookware necessary for stay. Two fridges so you can have plenty of room from everyones items. Management team quick to respond with any questions I had. I only leave 4 stars instead of 5 because of amenities broken (which looked to be that way for awhile) which was expected to be available during the stay. Rooftop table broken which made the games and drinks impossible to use on said table. Cornhole game had broken (beans all over rooftop deck) and missing bean bags so couldn't enjoy that either. Beds were super comfortable for everyone. House was nice and clean. Will book with LIP rental company again.

Loved staying here! It was very clean and spacious not to mention our dog Toro got to go on trip which was a big plus! Its near beach and in the go cart area! Has upstairs game and chill area and pool down below! Had everything you need for a fun time in Port A! Highly recommend staying here!

Great place for adults with kids. Lots of privacy and plenty of room at the same time. Only complaint was we couldn't get any of the bedroom TVs to work. However the main TV worked fine. Loved the roof area to relax in the evening.

The house was great and met all our needs. The floors were a little dirty, but everything else was clean. Loved the roof area and pool right next door. I would rent this property again for a family vacation. Thank you!

Great place to stay House was perfect, set up great, lots of room , roof was a absolute game room with awesome few, beds were extremely comfortable, swimming pool was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in port A and have a great time . Go do it it will be worth it
