The Lemon Drop is a beautifully styled coastal retreat, perfect for your next beach getaway. Ideally located just a few blocks from the shoreline, you’ll enjoy easy access to the beach as well as nearby shops on Ave G, local restaurants, and golf cart rentals—making it simple to explore and soak up the charm of the area.
This spacious home offers four bedrooms, with three located upstairs and a fun bunk room on the first floor—perfect for kids or extra guests. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection, the property features a screened-in porch, a private side courtyard, and access to a shared community pool.
Step inside through the private ground-floor entrance and immediately feel at ease in the light-filled, open-concept living space. Coastal-chic décor and airy design create a welcoming atmosphere for gathering with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen is a standout, featuring quartz countertops, a stylish backsplash, new appliances, an electric range, pantry, wine cooler, and a butcher block island—perfect for prepping meals or entertaining. A versatile coffee maker allows you to brew a full carafe or a single pod to start your mornings just right.
Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for eight, or gather at the bar with additional seating for four. The living room invites you to unwind with a large L-shaped sectional, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. From here, step outside to either the private courtyard with grill or the screened-in porch—both offering plenty of seating for outdoor lounging. Two outdoor showers (one by the garage and one tucked inside the courtyard) make rinsing off after the beach easy and convenient.
The first-floor bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, cozy bean bags, a wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the screened-in porch. A nearby full bathroom with a walk-in shower also serves this level.
Upstairs, a cozy reading nook welcomes you at the landing. The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, spacious closet, and a private balcony—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
Two additional upstairs bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests. One includes two full beds, while the other is a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, a TV, Xbox, and desk—ideal for kids or teens. A shared bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower/tub combo is conveniently located between them.
All five TVs throughout the home include access to the Spectrum app, live TV, Netflix, and Disney+.
For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located upstairs, along with a high chair and stair gates available if needed.
The Lemon Drop is a spacious, family-friendly home in a prime location—perfect for making lasting beach memories. Pack your sunscreen, beach gear, and flip-flops, and get ready to relax in style.

Super space for our family gathering! Plenty of games and space to play. Love the screened-in patio to read and be silly. Had room to do team yoga poses. Walking distance (or biking) to almost everywhere.

My husband, my friends, my kids and I love this place! it was our second time staying there. Walk to town to shop and Walk or drive to the beach. It has plenty of space for 12 people staying. No regrets!

This condo is perfect for a family needing room for slightly larger family to get together or friends to connect. It is within walking distance to the beach or golf cart rentals are right next door. The rooms are a nice size and comfy. The kitchen is beautiful with all kinds of dishes, utensils, and cookware. It has a cute personal courtyard and screened in porch. TVs in all the rooms, along with ceiling fans! A couple of items were missing but called the management company and they brought the items.You really don’t have to get back in your vehicle once you arrive because everything is within walking distance. Great place!

Clean, well-appointed and attractive place to stay with extended family. Our second time to stay at TP9 and we would definitely return. Convenient to both the beach and town. The pool offers a nice alternative to the beach for relaxing with the grandson and burning up the last of the energy for the day. We enjoy the large kitchen, dining, family room for relaxing in the evening or sipping coffee and making breakfast tacos in the morning. Bonus this time was the beach gear, saved us space in the vehicles traveling down, took care of shade and chairs out on the beach.

Girls Trip! Two moms and 5 teen girls had the best time at the Lemon Drop! Plenty of space for everyone, we loved the central location to all the things (shopping at the boutiques, sno-cones across the street, an easy walk to the beach and plenty of places to choose from to eat). The outdoor screened in porch was a great place to start the day with coffee. Beautiful, clean, cozy home. Made so many fun memories and can't wait to come back!

We loved staying at the Lemon Drop house. Would have given 5 srars but took a while to find info on the cook stove beep and the water reversal on the bath.Would have saved some time if those could could be seen as soon as we got there. Other than that it is a great house with plenty of room and nice

If we make it out to the island again, we will definitely want to stay at Twin Palms again. It was the perfect distance from the beach, local shopping, and a party scene.

Our family really enjoyed staying in the Lemon Drop Condo. It is super spacious for a family of 10, plenty of beds for everyone, TV's in all the rooms, fully equipped kitchen, nice patio with grill and nice community pool. Beach access just minutes away, and local shops across the street. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a very comfortable and fun home for a group. The location is perfect for our teens to walk to shopping or the beach. Life in Paradise has a very friendly staff that we enjoyed working with. The stove was not operating and there was a team member at our door in less than five minutes to fix it. If the owners would replace the stove with something less complicated and more reliable this would have been five stars. Thank you to Life In Paradise for a fabulous vacation!

The Lemon Drop is truly a little piece of paradise. You seriously cannot beat the location. You can easily walk, drive a golf cart, or drive to the beach and restaurants nearby. The home was so clean, the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Looks just like the pictures. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The owners are the best and you can tell they have gone above and beyond to make the Lemon Drop a home away from home. Honestly, it was hard just to leave the house because it was so great. We can’t wait to book another stay at the Lemon Drop and have already started to recommend it to friends and family.

We came down to Port A a few days after Christmas and had the best time at The Lemon Drop. Plenty of space (4 bedrooms/3 full baths) for the 12 of us (6 kids + 6 adults). Incredibly clean and very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed walking to Wintons Candy Shop, Bojons (a favorite of ours) and The Islander (for all things beach). Having Bron's right across the street was super nice as well to get a drink and snocones for the kids. We would walk to the beach with kids in tow and it took about 7 minutes. After we got back we were able rinse the sand off with the two outdoor showers so we didn't track it all in. We loved having a screened in porch to relax with coffee in the morning. The well equipped kitchen with everything you could need was amazing. Thanks for having us and we look forward to coming back to the Lemon Drop again!
