This is the perfect get-away vacation home in town, just a few blocks from the beach and is within walking distance to shops restaurants and nightlife. This home offers an open layout with one bedroom and bathroom sitting on the ground floor, the remaining are upstairs, screened-in back porch, courtyard setting, shared pool.
Upon entering the bottom floor, you already feel that you are at the beach with the large open layout, great for entertaining, with touches of colorful island decor. The expansive kitchen is a superb place to test out your culinary skills for family and friends with white crisp cabinets, open shelving, sleek countertops, white and stainless steel appliances, gas stove/range, drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. You can visit with those sitting at the breakfast bar with stools for three and dine at the table with seating for six. The living room is set up with a large sectional/ chaise, two accent chairs, wall-mounted TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The first bedroom (BR1) is located off of the living area, with access through a pass-through bathroom. It holds a built-in Full over Queen bunk bed, luggage rack and a separate door to the screened-in porch. The full bath is shared with the downstairs and includes a modern sink and a tile and pebble stand-alone shower. The bottom floor has access to the back screened-in porch to sip your morning coffee and the side courtyard with outdoor seating and table, a propane grill and twinkle lighting hung for use after dark.
The first stop upstairs is a Master bedroom suite (BR2) with a King size bed with storage, open shelving, a nightstand and ample closet space for your beach attire. It has a small private balcony for taking in the sea air. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with a double vanity and a tiled shower.  Across the hall is a spacious bedroom (BR3) with a Queen size bed, nightstand, closet and wall-mounted TV. The next bedroom (BR4) is implemented with a King size bed, nightstand, chest and closet.  A shared ocean blue bath is situated between these bedrooms with a tub/shower unit and sink. For your convenience, a washer/dryer are tucked neatly away in a closet at the end of the hallway to use during your stay. The kids will love the bunk room (BR5) complete with a Full over Queen built-in bunk bed, TV and floor space to play. Cool off in the shared pool, take a walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, or nightlife. Book your stay to come and play!

The house is very nice and served us well for our visit. The house was not clean. The floors were filthy and the kitchen dishes etc were filthy. There are hardly any pots and pans and what is there is not great. It would have been good to know that so I could have taken some with us. The door didn't close well but we fixed that. The blind in the small bedroom upstairs was all mangled. We left the house cleaner than it was when we got there. The master bed sheets had a little of debris in the bed. Thanks again. It is a great house though.

This is the second time I book with life in paradise, and I can honestly say I am very satisfied and I would not book with anyone else. The houses are clean, they always respond on time for anything needed. I highly recommend. My family and I had an amazing time, thank you so much.

Really liked the space and openness of this house. Also within walking distance to beach & town/restaurants which was great with our large group of 8 women (girls weekend). Leasing company needs to improve initial communication (got email saying check-in info with no code or instructions till I asked that it would come later in the week) and stocking of property. Stayed Friday to Sunday and had barely any Toilet Paper left on role plus one full role in each bathroom (3). No extra trash bags for kitchen trash. No extra blankets in most rooms. One white bedspread was dirty (with what looked like semen). My friend called first thing Sunday morning (I was the lessee but my phone broke) requesting more TP and trash bags. Said they would come right away, never showed. Once I got my phone fixed had text saying since we were checking out, and they only provided two rolls, we could come get if we really needed... umm... I didn't get the text, you should have just showed up since you said you were going to, and if that's your policy it needs to be communicated up front!!! Poor customer service! 3 bathrooms with a barely there roll plus one full roll is not enough for 8 women for 3 days. Luckily one of the ladies had an extra roll in her car that we used, but since we called, they said they would bring, they should have brought. Also, there was no toaster. No GFCI in wet areas (bath/kitchen) - this is a huge danger item!!
