Pool can be heated for $100.00 per day and must be for the duration of your stay.

Come on down to Port Aransas and stay in “Making Waves”. Located in the old town area of Port Aransas, this multi-level pier home has four bedrooms, three and one half baths, a private pool, and a six passenger golf cart for your entire stay.(Short term stays only) Plenty of parking as well, with room for 4 vehicles and also a golf cart.
Enter through the front gate and you will immediately walk into an oasis of the back yard. Complete with an outdoor shower, a half bath, a cornhole game, and a giant connect four game. Enjoy watching the kids swim in the pool, or watching a game on the outside TV, while grilling up dinner on either a charcoal or a propane grill; this home has both. Pool lounge chairs and tables and chairs are here as well.
Up the steps to the second floor deck. Here is a table with chairs, to sit out on and enjoy your time.
Step inside to the open floor plan and without hesitation, relax. The living area has a cozy sectional sofa, two comfy side chairs, end tables with lamps, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The full dining room table has seating for six with two bench seats and two chairs, with additional seating at the kitchen bar with six barstools.
The very spacious kitchen has shiny stainless steel appliances, a nice sized pantry, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything else you would need to create fabulous meals for your family. Down the hall to the left is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use while you are in the unit.
BD1) Right around the corner is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a TV with Wi-Fi. BA1) The ensuite full bath has a walk-in tiled shower, and a vanity with dual sinks.
On the third level at the top of the stairs and to the right. BD2) The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, and a TV with Wi-Fi.
BA2) Down the hall is a full bath with a tiled tub/shower combo, and a granite vanity with a sink.
BD3) The bunk room has a total of six beds, three sets of bunk beds that consist of two twin over twin bunks and a twin over queen bunk. It also has a TV with Wi-Fi.
BD4) Down the hall to the right is the third guest room. This room has a queen sized bed, nightstands with lamps, and a TV with WIFI. BA3) The full size ensuite bath has a tiled walk in shower, and a granite vanity with dual sinks.
At the end of the hall is an exit to the third floor deck. From here you have a great view of the pool below, and the neighborhood view of Port A. Sit out on the rocking chair or the other furniture and enjoy the evening breezes.

My family and I stayed at the "Making Waves" home for the New Years weekend. I don't know where to even begin with the amazing time and phenomenal experience we had with the management property, Life in Paradise. Let's start with the customer service with Life in Paradise. They allowed my family and I to check in early. At my request they heated the pool early so that the children could swim after we arrived. They were all professional, respectful, accommodating and just downright pleasant.The 4-bedroom home was immaculate and absolutely stunning. The home has everything you need, just bring your food and you are set!! The home had everything you need to make you feel like you were in your own home. The TV in the back patio was not working. I called the property management, and they came within a few hours to handle the situation. The fire pit did not have propane and my family wanted to make smores. I called the property management, and they were at the home with a new propane tank within hours. My family and I were able to enjoy evenings in the back yard swimming in a heated pool, making smores and watching television.The beds were comfy. The entire home was absolutely perfect!!! I cannot express enough gratitude to "Life in Paradise" for being so hospitable. We are planning a summer trip for a week and hope to stay in the same home.

The home accommodated our guests, pool was nice, smaller than the photos, but nice to have the outdoor space along with corn hole boards. Kitchen spacious for all. I was pleased to be able to use the kitchen supplies that were abundant along with the soaps/paper towels/laundry area. The golf cart was well maintained as we enjoyed the use around town~ we didn't take to the beach ( it was that nice) :) The only frustration was the internet service not consistent when I had to work for part of the day, however they sent maintenance and were very communicative and available with any questions we had.

This house was perfect for our group of 12 (6 kids and 6 adults). The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed, the kids loved the games available (inside and outside) and the pool/patio area was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

Came down here to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, and this place was the perfect location for our party. Had lots of fun hanging out by the pool, grilling steaks, and drinking! Loved our trips down the beach with our golf cart, it was lots of fun getting to drive it around and explore Port Aransas. Can't wait to come back next year!!!

Really impressed with the condition of this house. The location was even better because we wanted to be closer to the beach, and this definitely worked out in our favor. The included golf cart made running my kids to the beach and restaurants a breeze. During our stay, we had an emergency with my kids losing a few towels, but the company was quick to bring over new towels for us. Great experience, and would definitely recommend it.

Pretty good spot for my wife and kids to hang out at. The one thing I was amazed by the most was the customer service by the management company, definitely one of the best I've experienced so far. They provided us with plenty of towels and amenities for our stay, and they were always there at a moment's notice. Really happy with this, and we will definitely be renting from them again.

What can we say? An exceptional house with a really refreshing pool, plenty of games to play with, and it came with both a charcoal and gas grill, so we didn't have any problems whatsoever. The location was really great, especially since we really came down here for the summer vibes and the good food, so we had lots of fun driving around Port A in our golf cart. The kids loved their rooms, they were very comfortable in them and the condition of the house was great! Recommend it to anyone.
