Beautiful newer townhome in The Commons at Seashell. This is a great location to rent one or more units for family reunions, retreats and gatherings of friends. The living/dining/kitchen are downstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Approximately four blocks from the beach.

Pull up in the open parking area at the Commons complex and follow a short path towards your unit. A small sitting area outside your front door offers a shady spot to read and relax and is just steps away from the large shared pool, hammock, picnic and grilling area. Walk straight into an open living area with a bright beachside vibe. A red couch, which doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa, recliner and 2 vibrantly matching accent chairs sit before a flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. Beside the living room, there’s plenty of space to enjoy dinner at the large wood dining table with seating for 8. To the right of the room is the half bathroom with single sink vanity. Overlooking the dining area, a full kitchen features granite countertops, white appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove-oven, coffee maker and microwave. Cupboards are stocked with utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, pots, and pans – everything needed to meet your culinary needs after a day at the beach. From here, hardwood stairs lead up to the bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, a master bedroom (BR1) is furnished with a queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, chest, closet for your beach attire, wall mounted TV and en-suite bathroom with granite vanity and shower-tub combo. Perfect for kids, a second bedroom (BR3) has a set of twin bunk beds. Just next door, everyone can freshen up in a shared bathroom with a coastal theme, granite vanity and a stand-up shower. At the end of the upstairs hallway, a bright third bedroom (BR2) has a queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, wall-mounted TV and closet. The stackable washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the upstairs hall closet. Approximately four blocks from the beach.

The kitchen lacked some items in the kitchen. As a family that travels together, having a fully stocked kitchen is essential. The kitchen could use more tea towels and potholders. The pantry was locked so we were not able to store items away for our stay.

This is like the 6th time that we’ve stayed at this location and we’ve enjoyed our time here. The only problem that I was concerned is parking, when more then 2 vehicles. The people at the office worked him us and we appreciate it. Thank you. Looking forward for another time at this location.

We had a great time at the Commons for Labor Day weekend with our kids and grandkids. Only thing that could have been better would have been some enforcement of the noise at night after 10 PM by the pool...they partied until 2 AM.

Perfectly located near Main Street and the beach. The owners take great care of the property. Relatively basic from the outside but they have done a great job inside making it a very clean and comfortable stay.

I didn't have any patio chairs at porch didn't enjoy
the night like my first stay...oh will guess neighbor
had the chairs had a porch full of chairs...

Everything about this place was great, nice and new, just a short drive to the beach and anywhere in town. Only issue is the squeaky beds, the cheap box springs squeak as soon as you sit on the bed or move and it was annoying. Otherwise, great, clean comfortable place.

Dealing with Life in Paradise was so easy, they were so helpful in every way! The house was beautiful and overall clean. I wished we had had more utensils for certain things (pitcher for tea) but overall everything in the house was nice!
