Bring the family to La Concha, located at The Commons Complex. This three-bedroom townhome is adorned with modern coastal decor carried throughout. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables and charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Approximately 0.5 miles to the beach, 0.9 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife.
The open living area boasts a large, modern couch with a chaise and plush pillows, two matching accent chairs and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and Wifi. The dining area contains a table with seating for 6 consisting of 4 chairs and a bench. Extra seating is available for three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with bright cabinets, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, basic cookware, utensils, a pantry and plenty of counter space to accommodate your cooking needs. There is also a half bath under the stairwell and a full-size washer and dryer to serve this floor. Take your coffee out to the patio to sip in the island breeze. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, which consists of a Queen size bed, nightstands, a closet, a chest and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom holds a vanity and a tub/shower combination unit. Kids will love the guest room (BR2) made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed. The second guest bedroom (BR3) is composed of a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The guest rooms share a hall bathroom that includes a vanity and tub/shower unit. The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 8 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. Overall

This was our first visit to Port A in many years. This townhome is very comfortable and nicely decorated with a coastal vibe. La Concha was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. It is a short ride to the beach access point.

Very nice 3 day stay in a comfortable well equipped 3/2.5 condo one half mile from the beach. They had a good size swimming pool steps from the front door. We're looking forward to a return in May. Happy trails & many thanks.

Awesome place to relax after a day at the beach. Comfortable and clean unit with a nice swimming pool right out the front door. They had everything ready to go for us. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thanks for the fun in the sun see ya soon.

We have stayed here four times. Just a couple blocks from the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Great kitchen with anything you need. We love it here!!!
