This is a great location to rent one or more units for family reunions, retreats and gatherings of friends. The Commons at Seashell is a great spot located right in the heart of Port Aransas. Pull up in the open parking area at the Commons complex and follow a short path towards your unit, Shore Ya Right. A small sitting area outside your front door offers a shady spot to read and relax. And it is just steps away from the large shared pool, hammock, picnic and grilling area. Each unit has its own outdoor shower for rinsing off. Walk straight into an open living area with brightly colored furnishings and whitewashed walls. This unit boasts ample seating with a plush blue couch, which doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa, and 2 matching accent chairs that sit before a flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Beside the living room, continuing the open floor plan, there’s plenty of space to enjoy dinner at a wood dining table with seating for 6 and 4 additional bar stools for seating at the bar. To the left of the room is the half bathroom with single sink vanity. Overlooking the dining area, a full kitchen features white appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove-oven, Keurig coffee maker and microwave and granite countertops. Beautiful red cupboards are stocked with utensils, new cookware, mixing bowls, pots, and pans – everything needed to meet your culinary needs after a day at the beach. From here, hardwood stairs lead up to the condo’s second floor to 3 breezy bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, a master bedroom (BR1) is furnished with a queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, a new dresser for your beach attire, wall mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tub combo. Perfect for kids, a second bedroom (BR2) has a set of sturdy, twin bunk beds and a TV. Just next door, everyone can freshen up in a shared bathroom with a granite countertop, vanity, and a tile stand-alone shower. At the end of the upstairs hallway, a bright third bedroom (BR3) has a queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a new dresser, wall-mounted TV and a closet for your hanging clothes. There are two roll-away beds and extra pillows stored in this room for small children, not for adult use. The stackable washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the upstairs hall closet. Approximately four blocks from the beach.

We had the best time in Port A and the condo was perfect! Clean, organized and located close to everything! Only a few blocks from the beach. The rental service provided for the beach gear was so convenient. We will certainly be back! Thank you.

My girls and I enjoyed the townhome very much, the pool area was clean and relaxing. The only suggestion I have is a extra blanket or throw for the sofa. We would recommend the location and stay again.

My kids and I drove down from Salado, Tx for a weeks stay. The whole process was real easy to manage. The place was really nice and accommodating. There neighbors were awesome! The whole experience was perfect! We will look at staying again in the future.

We headed out of town the day after Christmas in the family trip mobile, dog and all. This unit was delightful, well-appointed, and well-suited to the sandy challenges of beach life. Comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen, and responsive management when we had a minor maintenance need. Exterior shower was a great touch as we returned from the beach each day.

Covid 19 - Get away!

Overall it was great! I want to let you know so you will be able to make it better for the next family. The house was clean but the fans and lights over the kitchen counter were very dusty. The doors coming into the house are very dirty and I had to clean the windows on them so we could see out. You should have a better broom and have a vacuum so we can clean up. The broom that was there was broken. The dishwasher did not work. The pool area was bad. Friday morning the water was so bad we did not let the kids swim and there was dog poop on the deck. Also needed to be weedeated around the pool. To me it was not covid clean.

The place was great . Never figured out how to get the regular , local channels on living room TV even though there was explicit instructions. If I and my tech savvy grandsons couldn’t figure it out then something wasn’t working but we had plenty of Netflix and free channels to watch . The internet was sporadic at times but wasn’t intolerable

72 hours of BLISS with dogs, kids and us in the pouring rain. This place is filled with the love of travel and quality for a great price just a very few blocks away from the beach. It has the most beautiful wood, floor to ceiling, that allows for a spacious flow from the living, dinning and kitchen areas where they provided games for us to play, a big screen TV to watch every football game under no sun and all the essentials for us to eat in and bake cookies. While filling our tummies and staying out of the rain, the upstairs had many comfortable beds to choose from. It has 3 bedrooms, that are super spacious and carry a fresh/bohemian style. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, have larges size super comfortable beds, plenty of dressers space, and the 2 larger ones had nightstand with lamps and large TVs for those that didn’t want to watch football. The master bedroom had it own beautifully tiled bathroom that was fully stacked with great quality towels and essential bath products (major plus in my book). The property grounds is the quaintest thing you will ever see. Beautifully painted townhomes in a variety of colors all very well kept, with lighting, picnic tables and bbq pits for outdoor socializing.. They also provided a dog friendly area with essentials to maintain the properties cleanliness.. We weren’t able to get in the nice looking pool due to the rain, but it looked well kept and clean. During my next summer trip, I will definitely be staying in this beauty.
