Great accommodations, clean and great outdoor pool, had everything we needed, and spacious inside and out, very clean, Super close to the beach, would recommend.

Thank you for the glowing review! We're so glad the home felt clean, spacious, and well stocked — and that the outdoor pool and easy beach access made your stay that much better. We truly appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you back soon!

Excellent house, location is perfect, pool is large and has a great outdoor setup to have the whole family out there. AC does gets cold so it felt really good in the house after a long day at the beach

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're thrilled the house lived up to its promise and that the location put you right where you wanted to be. That large pool and open outdoor setup were made for gathering the whole family, so it means a lot to hear you made the most of it. And there's nothing better than stepping into a cool, comfortable house after a long, sunny day at the beach! We'd love to welcome you back anytime. Thank you for choosing Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals!

We just finished our second stay at Casa De Playa and hope to make it a third next year! This home has everything our family of four needs. The house and pool are perfectly sized, parking is easy, and you are less than five minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Just a couple of quick tips for the next guests: the coffee pot takes cone filters (ignore the round ones in the cabinet), and we opted to use the clean freezer ice maker since the countertop one needed a bit of a wipe-down. They were incredibly minor issues and absolutely not deal-breakers for us. We love this place and will definitely be back!

Thank you for coming back to Casa De Playa, and for already dreaming about a third stay! It means so much to know this home keeps earning a spot in your family's plans. We're glad the perfectly sized house and pool, easy parking, and quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants made everything feel effortless.
Thank you, too, for the thoughtful tips on the cone coffee filters and the ice maker. We'll have our team take a look so the next guests have an even smoother start. We can't wait to welcome you back for stay number three. Thank you for choosing Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals!

4th of July Amazing Stay

We had an amazing 4th of July stay at this island gem! From the moment we pulled up and parked underneath the house, we knew we were in for a treat. The private pool was absolutely perfect—great for cooling off during the day, and even better at night with some BBQ and beers in hand. The outdoor shower and shaded picnic area made post-beach cleanup easy and gave us the perfect setup for entertaining. Inside, the open floor plan was spacious and spotless. The tile floors, granite countertops, and comfy furnishings made it feel like home, and the Keurig was a great touch for morning coffee on the balcony while enjoying the sea breeze. We had plenty of space for our large group—the two king bedrooms were super comfortable, and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. We loved being so close to everything. It’s just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and downtown. The house was the perfect home base for fireworks, fun, and family memories. Can’t recommend it enough—we’ll definitely be back!

Thank you for your amazing review! We’re thrilled to hear that your 4th of July stay was such a memorable experience. It sounds like you made the most of everything this island gem has to offer—from the private pool and BBQ nights to the spacious and spotless interior. We’re so glad the setup worked perfectly for your group, and that the Keurig and balcony sea breeze added a special touch to your mornings.
It’s wonderful to know the location made it easy to enjoy the beach, downtown, and all the holiday festivities. We’re honored to have been part of your family’s fireworks and fun, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for more unforgettable memories! --Life in Paradise Team

This was a painless, positive experience from the start. Katie steered me to 3 houses to check out, based on asking a few questions about what I was looking for. She was spot-on, and the third one was the charm. The process was easy for my first-ever long-term rental as a Texan seeking a warmer place for January/February. Management was prompt in answering our calls, and in addressing our few issues. The internet down, one non-flushing toilet episode, replacing a porch light bulb and tightening a loose front door knob were dealt with promptly by Jeremiah and others. Loved the house & amenities, and felt safe in the neighborhood. We'll be back, and Life in Paradise will be out first call.

This home is described well but has been updated and the photos don't reflect that. Has a large sectional couch, updated bedding and artwork. I have stayed in cleaner rentals, the floors were not cleaned well enough (various crumbs, items not swept up) which leads me to think it wasn't mopped either. Keurig and regular coffee maker were provided but the unit could used some better serving bowls/platters, non rusted cookie sheets, baking dishes and a large pot to cook pasta in. The deck only had three plastic chairs to sit in and a picnic table downstairs so we were constantly bringing our beach chairs up to sit outside.
