This charming home is the perfect place for the avid fisherman. Plenty of parking for your boat/trailer in the fenced in property, large yard, fish cleaning station,
picnic table, charcoal grill and an outdoor shower for quick rinse and clean up. All of this is on the ground level.
Venture upstairs to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast while listening to the rustling of the palm trees
in the island breeze. There is plenty of seating for family and friends. Step inside to the open common living area. Enjoy your favorite TV shows
or movies with cable and Wi-Fi while sitting on the couch, accent chairs or recliner. 3 bar stools can be pulled up for extra seating. You can interact
with those in the kitchen or dining table with seating for 4. The full kitchen has a stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils,
pantry and open shelving for all of your cooking needs. Off of the living room is a half bath which also has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom
(BR1) has a King size bed, nightstand, TV, closet and chest for your outdoor and beach attire. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstand and closet. Both rooms share a full-size hallway bathroom with a tub/shower unit.

Really nice and cozy place, this home was very clean and had everything we needed. We could not get the downstairs lights to work, but the host had someone come out quickly. This place is 5 mins from beach, if your looking for a great place to bring your family for the weekend or a small vacation, then this is your place, Dont Miss Out!

We enjoyed our stay at 424 S Station. Nice layout, great privacy with the fenced yard for our Beagle. We have stayed in many rentals in Port Aransas and this one was tops in kitchen utensils. Having decent pots and pans is great. Would recommend this to anyone.Of course Life In Paradice is a quality rental business.

My wife and I feel so cozy in the house. Its not fancy, just comfortable. The large deck is where we spend almost all our time when we are not at the beach. The large fenced yard is great for our dog. She thinks its her beach house now that we have been there a couple times. Thanks for all

We absolutely loved the Station st property. It was centrally located and walking distance to many places we went to. Close to beach, food, coffee, etc... The unit was spacious and there was a huge, enclosed yard which our dog loved, so much so he woke us up during the night to listen to sounds and smell the smells.we had everything we needed. Oh and the deck was awesome! We'll be back for sure!

The home was just perfect for our needs. It was clean upon arrival and had all the necessary amenities. We loved having the fence for our dog. The yard was well maintained. We enjoyed the deck so much....it's situated perfectly for the sea breeze. We really couldn't have asked for more. We would definately reccommend to friends and family!Working with Life in Paradise was such a pleasure. The communication was excellent. Can't say enough about the great service we received. Enjoyed our week at 242 Staion St in Port A. Great comfortable home with a wonderful fenced yard for our pup and plenty of parking for our travel van and jeep. Nicely arranged and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

We’ve always enjoyed coming to Port A and staying with you. What seals the deal all the time is your fenced in yard. What a surprise to see the wooden gates you’ve installed. Our fur babies love their time here. We’ve noticed that we were short on garbage bags this time and dishwashing soap. This is the first time we’ve stayed for this length of time. Five days! Outside of that, all was great!!!!

Visit to Port Aransas

This was our first time to visit Port Aransas. We were very pleased with the unit at 424 Station Street. It had everything we needed and really liked the layout of the unit. We have two smaller dogs and it so nice to have a fenced yard. We liked sitting out on the shady porch in the evening. We previously owned a time share and this unit was nicer than many we have had in beach communities in other states. We would stay here again!

Awesome property with open floor plan close to the beach. This was our fourth time at the property. West facing porch is the place to hang out in the shade. Quiet neighborhood in old town. This is our beach getaway happy place. We love it.

Loved home and yard, but not secure for dogs

The check-in, property, home, yard all wonderful, but the yard is not secure for dogs. They have ranch style gates(2) and they don't securely close, even with the bricks provided. My dogs got out which was my biggest fear, so if you have dogs, you need to be careful. I would love to go back if they fix the gates, I am sure they are that way to bring in trailers, boats, etc, just something to consider if you are bringing your pets.

We love this home. Its not fancy but perfect for my husband and I and my daughter and grandson. We have stayed twice, the first time just my husband and I and then next time with the family and dog. We have a boat and its ideal for this. The pull through parking is great.
The house is clean, however the floors look clean but leave your feet black after walking barefoot. I asked if the maids could resolve this for our second stay but they did not. We will continue to stay, Im just bringing house shoes next time. We love the porch on this house and ate all our meals outside.

We love staying at the house on Station Street and this was our third time. The location is convenient to everything, the house is great, and we love Port A. Best thing about the house is the terrific west facing porch. It’s huge and a great place for the whole fam to hang out. The management company was courteous and professional. House sits on a huge corner lot with a fenced backyard. Extra space for cars, or even a boat. It was perfect for us (2 retired couples)vacationing with our dogs. There aren’t many homes in Port A with a fence so, this was a bonus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with several chairs, sofa & table. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of clean towels, soap, dishes, coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryer, pots/pans etc.,The outside shower was nice!! My husband used it daily. Fish cleaning station was at back of the house. We didn’t use it but, thought it was cool if you needed one. It was an easy 1 block walk to shopping & fun Beer Barn/coffee bar with swings. We didn’t need a golf cart, drove onto The beach beach about mile away & unloaded our stuff. House was clean. We loved this house & we will book again.

Perfect for dogs, boats, cars, with huge backyard. Enjoyed outside shower! Clean & spacious. Everything you need is already there. Plenty of dishes, towels, all the amenities. Dat on deck most evenings looking out to Street-corner lot. Walked to Main Street for coffee at Beer Hut every morning. Convenient to restaurants, shopping. Great rental
