Totally gorgeous, this spacious and immaculate house is conveniently located on S. Station Street only half a block from shops, activities, restaurants, and nightlife. This is a great place to gather with a group of friends or enjoy time with family.

The outside is designed for your peace of mind if you have small children. The upper deck has a gate that latches and comfortable Polywood deck chairs. The lower level offers 320 square feet of shaded fenced-in patio that opens into a large backyard with a fire pit and six-foot privacy fence. A grill, festive lighting, porch swing, picnic tables, yard games, and a built-in outdoor shower round out the downstairs.

The inside is tastefully decorated with cool relaxing colors and a tile floor throughout. The open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining with seating for 6 and 3 stools at the bar, and a sitting room. Enjoy the Chef’s kitchen including a Keurig, Ice Tea Maker, Ninja Blender, Margarita Machine, crockpot, instant pot, and Cuisinart Mini Prep-Plus Chopper. The sitting room is extremely spacious with a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Enjoy some downtime after hours on the beach with the 65" 4K Roku TV.

Luxuriously appointed beach house with three bedrooms graciously spread out with plenty of extra room. Orange Flamingo's master bedroom (BR1) is located down the hallway with a king-size bed, 50” 4K Roku TV, and private bath with double vanities and tub/shower unit. Down the hall is the guest bedroom (BR2) with a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. The bunk room (BR3) has two sets of twin over full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. All of the bedrooms are spacious and private allowing for a good night's rest. The second full-size bath is located across the hallway from the two guest bedrooms which have a tub/shower unit. A utility room gives you on-site access to the washing machine and dryer.

Our stay at Orange Flamingo was great! The house is inviting and comfortable and nicely furnished! It's in a very convenient location. Life In Paradise staff were professional and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. This was our second year of spending a month & we plan to return next year.

This place never disappoints. Always works well for our group. It has a great location and has everything you need for your stay. We've rented here 5 times in the past, with the most recent in April of this year for a girls trip. This time however, we find out it no longer includes a golf cart. This is one of the reasons why we stay here every year. Fortunately Life in Paradise gave us a good deal on a cart for our stay. As much as we like this place, we may be looking for another house next year because of the lack of golf cart. I always give this place 5 stars but had to give it 4 this time due to the golf cart not being included.

Just make sure router is working properly and don't have to go through all that but other than that everything was awesome enjoyed every minute of it sorry did not respond earlier on the way back home my daughter in-law mother passed away as we were coming home but everything was great

The house was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 fur babies. We loved having the golf cart as part of the house, that made getting around so easy and we didn't have to worry about getting sand in our cars. Loved having the outdoor shower to rinse off at the house after being at the beach all day. The house stayed nice and cool and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Orange Flamingo!! The King bed was soooo comfortable that we didn't want to get up some mornings!! They thought of everything!! Pods for the Keurig and even a tiny fan in the Master Bedroom for white noise!!! Great A/C Will definitely be back!!! Life in Paradise is responsive to any questions and a pleasure to work with and having the golf cart there when we arrived was the icing on the cake!!

Orange Flamingo is always a great place to go. Life in Paradise are awesome to work with. Love finding a house with them and if needed another golf cart! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very clean. Just bring groceries cause they have everything else needed to cook a great meal.

Nice modest home on a quiet street. Home was clean and kitchen well equipped. Cons: wueen bed not that comfortable and the backyard could use some attention and clean up all the old toys there. It was great to have the golf cart there to use very convenient and fun. Property management company very attentive and made everything easy

This is my second time staying in the Orange Flamingo and first time for my family. We absolutely love this place. The location is close to town and the beach. This house has everything you need inside as well as a margarita machine which we used daily to make some of the best pina coladas ever!! There is plenty of things to do downstairs as far as games like cornhole and tic tac toe. I've already booked a guys trip again here in October. We will definitely stay again next summer.

Part of me doesn't want to rate this rental as highly as I'd like, because I don't want to make it harder for us to rent again the next time we're at Port A. I'm not sure if this is indicative of the owner or the management company, but someone thought of everything: beach chairs (which may or may not be permitted to use at the beach), properly sized washer and dryer (and enough detergent), seasonings and spices in the cupboard (something rentals got away from the past two year), indoor and outdoor games, a proper fenced in back yard for the dog to use, etc. Everything was neat and in good working order. The home is set up easily for 10 persons, although we only needed enough for 5. Of course, its immediate and easy access to the beach is an additional bonus. This is a solid rental; we cannot say enough good things about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Orange Flamingo. House was very nice and very comfortable. Plenty of room for the five of us who stayed. House is close to town and not far from beach access roads. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this house in 2020, and when we started planning our yearly family trip to Port A the Orange Flamingo was at the top of our list to stay. Check in was a breeze, the employees at LIP are amazing and so friendly. This house has everything you can think of, down to sugar in the kitchen. The free golf cart is an added bonus. We will defiently stay in this house for years to come.

This house has everything!! I brought all the things needed for my 1 yr old not knowing I didn't need to bc the house had it all - a highchair, play pen, books, etc. The outside area is so nice especially when traveling with dogs. Location was great!

The house was in the perfect location! We loved being able to whip down to the beach (short drive or cart ride). It was extremely clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We loved the porch and our grandkids absolutely loved the fenced in yard area with beach toys and picnic table. Overall, Orange Flamingo exceeded our expectations and is even better than the pictures. We can't wait to return.

Had a wonderful time. House was clean and enjoyed the outdoor area with cornhole and games. The fenced in back yard was awesome and the loved sitting on the top deck in the comfy chairs. The beds were comfortable and the house had EVERYTHING. Not having to drag beach chairs or buy boogie boards was an added surprise.

We absolutely loved staying at the Orange Flamingo. Everything was exactly like the pictures, very clean, and the location is perfect. We loved the fenced in yard with the picnic table and beach toys. We all had a great time riding the golf cart to the beach. We definitely want to stay here again!

Our Vacation in Port A was Super fun with the family. Had some issues when we arrived at the home. It was not clean. Floors were nasty all the counters were nasty it smelled Musty. Nothing was wiped down. With the pandemic it made me a little Leary. But we cleaned it and all was good. Yard was tall too so had to request it to be mowed. But after all that we had a blast.

The house was amazing. Overall it was very family friendly and we were amazed at how it seems every detail was perfect. The owners seem to have thought of everything and prepared for anything a family may need. It was perfectly clean and the decorations were fun. The location is great, as you can walk to a nearby coffee shop and get to anywhere else on the golf cart. This is definitely our favorite house we have ever rented.

Our family had the best time at the Orange Flamingo! The property was clean and spotless, and offered a beautiful place that made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The property listing was accurate and had what it described. It had all the kitchen essentials and then some. It is a great location and the golf cart was a great bonus. Both the owner and property managers were great- responsive and friendly. We have already recommended it to friends and family. And will definitely be back to relax ourselves!

Our stay was beyond what we expected! The house was very clean and decorated so cute and tasteful. We didn't want to leave! So much to do around the house if going to the beach isn't in the cards that day; outdoor games and activities downstairs and they even left games and movies inside. They have beach toys and boogie boards available,an outdoor shower, as well as puddle jumpers and beach chairs.The beach was only blocks away and the golf cart was an extra perk! Who wants to get sand in their vehicle? not us! Loading up in the golf cart was so easy and fun. This truly felt like home. I'm sure it would be easy to put the lowest quality items in the home and call it good but this house came with so many touches that felt \"extra\". Everything was labeled making getting around very helpful! This will DEFINITELY be a vacation home for us. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! The property management was available when we had an issue with the disposal. They were very kind,arrived quickly and were done in a jiff. Certainly didn't feel like we had to wait around for them. Please give this house a try! Port A is beautiful and this house is definitely a gem!!

From booking to check out, everything was great! I spent hours searching for a place that had all of needs plus not so many fees and restricted parking. I found Orange Flamingo and it sounded too good to be true- the price was 1/2 of the others, a 6 person golf cart was included and it was in town! We were so happy when we arrived and the home was even better than the pictures. Cute, clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed and more! The small back yard is well-kept, fenced and perfect for our dog to have her own fun while we played outside. This is a great place to stay! I also highly recommend the rental company- thorough, great communication and very sweet.
