Talk to the Sand for 5 nights over Labor Day 2025. The home was super clean and well maintained. There were trash bags, paper towers, DW detergent, each bathroom had 2 new TP rolls, lots of bath towels. The ac was amazing ! You will need to bring laundry detergent and beach towels. The outdoor corn hole game was a hit with our grands. There was a cabinet with about 25 games inside. The golf cart was new and well enjoyed. We had a great time in this home that was in a great part of the beach. The only issue we had was the refrigerator side barely cooled until we pulled it out a bit from the back wall to give it some “breathing room”. If you are looking for a super clean home and on the quieter end of the beach this is prefect for that !!

The home was very nice 3br 3 bath. Really liked the walk-in showers. The decor was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable, very roomy, kitchen stocked was appropriate. The living room was very comfortable with the many channels on TV. Loved the TV in all the rooms also. Grandkids had their own tv to watch. They didn't mess with Grandpa's living room TV. The club car was very handy for trips to the beach. Family enjoyed the cornhole games. We did have to get the patio area sprayed and around the front door for ants. Thanks for a very pleasant stay. Swimming pool was nice also.

This place is perfect for a family of 4-6. It is located close to the pool and over looks a pond with fish. They have several games on the ground floor porch, plus a 1/2 bath on the ground floor and an outdoor shower we used everyday after getting off the beach. The beds were all comfortable and my wife wants to know where the owners bought the couch as it was very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The area is quite and nice to be away from town. We will rent again in this location as we usually visit Port A each summer and this was our favorite home thus far.
