Salty Seahorse is a stilt vacation home, conveniently located in town, in a quiet neighborhood just 0.5 miles to the beach, 0.6 miles to the nearest restaurant and 1 mile to shops and nightlife. There is ample parking in the driveway for a boat or 4 vehicles. The beachy shade of green exterior is just a hint of the island decor that awaits inside. This home is designed to maximize comfort, gathering and sleeping. Grill or fry up the day's catch on the ground level, shaded patio and gather at the picnic table to tell the fishing stories about the one that got away. The upper-level private balcony is perfect for sipping your morning coffee in the coastal breeze. Upon entering, the room layout features one spacious great room with an open kitchen, dining and living room. This is great for gathering friends and family for entertainment and meals and never missing out on the conversation. The living area has ample seating with a couch, love seat and two matching armchairs adorned with overstuffed pillows. You can relax, visit or watch a movie in HD on the TV with cable. Enjoy meals or a fun game of cards at the large dining table with seating for 6. The full kitchen is sure to meet your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, pantry, Keurig, dishes, utensils and cookware. There is additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet along with an iron, ironing board other cleaning accessories. The bedrooms are all situated toward the back of the house for added privacy. The master bedroom (BR1) offers a King size bed with nightstands, closet, chest for your beach attire and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom contains a double vanity and a tub/shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a Queen size bed, nightstand, closet, dresser and a wall-mounted TV. The bunk room (BR3) boasts two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a closet, wall-mounted TV and plenty of space to stretch out and play. Both of these rooms share a hall bathroom made up of a vanity and tile-trimmed tub/shower. Cool off in the shared pool, walking distance from this unit, after a day at the beach. Bring your family and friends and see what Salty Seahorse and Port A have to offer.

Great space for our group! The house was perfect for parking our boat plus 2 other vehicles. Great downstairs space for grilling/hanging out. Will definitely be back.

Relaxing and Roomy

The house was clean, very roomy, and well equipped with everything we needed, minus a coffee pot:) It did have a nice Keurig Coffee Maker, but my wife and I like to make an actual “pot” of coffee in the mornings and sit on the balcony, plan our day, and enjoy the beautiful weather while having a couple of cups of coffee each. (That is definitely not a complaint just something we wished we would have known was missing so we could bring one). I highly recommend this rental and we enjoyed everything about the house!! If you are looking for an awesome rental choose the Salty Seahorse- 516.

Overall

We really enjoyed the house. It was perfect easily walkable to the beach or by cart. Plenty of space for 10 people and 2 dogs. The only small thing I would say is there was not enough toilet paper or soap for 10 people. Would definitely come again.

Perfect cozy home walking distance to the beach! Great entertaining space for the whole family and plenty of boards for a fun game night after a day at the beach. Our kids had the best time having a sleepover in the bunk bed room and playing wii. Such a fun vacation already planning our next stay at the salty seahorse

We were a group of nine, four adults and 5 children, and there was definitely enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Good space to park two vehicles down below. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. We picked up a $12, valid for 1 year beach pass, enabling us to park on the beach, not far from the water. The home had a great supply of boogie boards, kayak and chairs to take to the beach - perfect! We just had a terrific week all around. Could not have asked for anything more! We hope to come back to Vixen’s Villa again.
