This vacation home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just 0.5 miles to the beach, 0.6 miles to the nearest restaurant, and 1 mile to shops and nightlife. There is ample parking in the driveway for a boat or 4 vehicles.
 
The beachy shade of the blue exterior is just a hint of the island décor that awaits inside. This home is designed to maximize comfort, gathering, and vacation enjoyment. Rinse off the sand from a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Grill or fry up the day's catch on the gas grill on the ground level, take refuge to cool off under the shaded patio while you play corn hole, or watch the game with a cold drink while you enjoy a round of darts or ping pong in the game room.
 
The upper-level private balcony is perfect for sipping your morning coffee in the coastal breeze. Upon entering, the room layout features one spacious great room with an open kitchen, dining, and living room. This is great for gathering friends and family for entertainment and meals, and never missing out on the conversation. The living area has ample seating with two leather couches, an armchair, and a large TV. The TVs in this home do not have cable; they are equipped with Roku. You will need your own account to log in and stream your favorite movies, shows, and music. There is a futon for informal seating, or it can be used as an extra sleeping space as well. Enjoy meals or a fun game of cards at the large dining table with seating for six. The kids also have their own little table to enjoy games and snacks.
 
The fully stocked kitchen is sure to meet your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, a pantry, a Keurig and drip coffee machine, dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet along with laundry supplies, an iron, and an ironing board.
 
The bedrooms are in the back of the house for added privacy. The master bedroom (BR1) offers a King-size bed with nightstands, a chest for your beach attire, and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a double vanity and a large, tiled shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a King-size bed, nightstand, closet, and a TV. The bunk room (BR3) boasts a Twin over Twin bunk bed, a single Twin bed with a pull-out trundle, nightstand, wall-mounted TV, board games, and plenty of space to stretch out and play. Both rooms share a hall bathroom made up of a vanity and tile-trimmed tub/shower. Cool off in the shared pool, walking distance from this unit, after a day at the beach. The house was amazing!! super cute, good neighborhood. it was farther from the beach than it looks on the map, but we did get a golf cart so we could get to the beach easier. All was great, the check in and check out was super easy. The only thing that was really annoying was that the air kept kicking up to 77 degrees. we would turn it down to 74, and then realize it was so hot. Not sure if the owner has control from where they are, like a nest.... anyway. other than that it was great!

Nice place to stay with the family. Plenty of towels! Clean! The large beds were comfy (kids didn't complain about the twin beds). Wish we had known we needed to provide toilet paper. And the downstairs area was nice but there was broken glass and the garage wasn't really usable. Overall we really enjoyed it, thanks!

Great home to stay in! Literally three houses down from the community pool which is excellent for little ones but don't worry you still have your privacy. The bottom space is great for hanging out in the evenings and the leather sofas feel great on a sun burn after a long day at the beach. The beach is a very easy walk or golf cart ride. Great little dive bar right down the road. Beds where comfy and the floor plan accommodates big families. And don't forget your k cups for the coffee maker! Excellent home and will definitely be booking again.

We loved that we could walk to the beach and the neighborhood pool was great as well. In the evenings we enjoyed the firepit and comfy patio furniture and blankets. Everything we needed to cook a steak dinner was provided, except the steak of course. The bed was very comfortable as well as fluffy pillows. This is an excellent place to stay, very family friendly! We will be back!

We loved the fire pit downstairs along with all of the fun games. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. The beach was an easy less then 10 minute walk right down the street. Renting the golf cart while booking the reservation was super easy. We will be back for sure.
