Conveniently located in town, in a quiet neighborhood just 0.5 miles from the beach, 0.6 miles to the nearest restaurant and 1 mile to shops and nightlife. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for a boat or 4 vehicles.
The front porch is so inviting with several Adirondack chairs, and a sofa to sit on and visit.
Once you enter the house, you will love the open concept of the living, kitchen area. The living area consists of a soft leather sofa, and a chair to match, a charming futon, end tales with lamps, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has sleek stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook those gourmet meals. As an added bonus, it has a Ninja air fryer. For all coffee lovers, it has both a regular drip and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table also serves as an island in the kitchen with a stainless steel top, and seating for six.
The side door leads to an area that has a charcoal grill for you to cook today's catch.
First down the hall on the right is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer for your use while you are here.

BD2) Across the hall is the master bedroom, complete with a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet a dresser and a smart TV. BA1) The en suite full bath has a tub / shower combo with a vanity with dual sinks.
BD3) The second guest bedroom is down the hall on the left; it has a twin bed with a trundle, a reading chair, a closet, a small chest, and a smart TV.
BA2) At the end of the hallway is the second full bath complete with a walk in shower, a vanity and a sink.
