Book your next family escape at this large home in town with a private heated pool, outdoor seating, wrap-around porch, and ping pong table, and only 0.9 miles to the beach. This home is brightly decorated with an island theme throughout. The living room has plenty of seating with a couch, chair, bench, TV, Wi-Fi and cable. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for six to savor freshly cooked meals or to play a game of cards. There is additional seating at the bar for 4. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat surface cooktop, spacious granite countertops, both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils. There is a wet bar in the hallway, convenient for making drinks for the kitchen or for taking out the back to the pool area. Also in the hallway is a half bath and full-size washer and dryer. The secluded downstairs guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstand and TV. Venture upstairs for additional bedrooms. The master bedroom (BR2)  has a King bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, closet, tufted bench at the foot of the bed and an accent chair in the corner for reading or relaxing. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-alone tile shower. Down the hall is a guest bedroom (BR3) with a Queen bed, nightstands, TV and desk. The bunk room (BR4) has a Full bed and a bunk bed with Full over Full.  These two bedrooms have private vanities and share a pass-through stand-alone shower. Step out to the fenced backyard for more family fun. This oasis has a pool for floating or water games, an outdoor shower, ample outdoor seating for both absorbing the warmth of the sun or cooling off in the shade, a fire pit for smores and conversation, a grill for dinner and snacks and a mounted TV for keeping up with the sport of the season.  Roll up the adjacent door and bring out your competitive nature in a game of ping pong. The wrap-around side and front porches are perfect for sipping your morning coffee and relishing the ocean breeze. There is parking for four vehicles in the driveway, which is to the side of the house. Stop to buy groceries along the way to Port A and you will never have to leave this private retreat.

Knot To Shabby was the perfect house for me and my family! So much room, very clean, and all the amenities we needed! We took major advantage of the pool due to the rain and wind and it made for a perfect t alternative. We will absolutely look into staying here again.

"Knot To Shabby" — and clearly not too shabby at all! Thank you so much for this wonderful review. We're thrilled the home gave your family all the room you needed to spread out and relax, and that it was sparkling clean and stocked with every amenity to make your stay easy.

Beautiful home and perfect for our extended family! The ‘bunk room’ sleeps several and is a great place to pile all the kids...young or old! The pool was nice to have and the golf cart gave us more freedom to come and go in small groups from the beach. Some would stay longer with the trucks each day while a group would come back to swim in the pool. The management company was great about staying in contact with easy direction and expectations. We would definitely book again!

Thank you so much for your glowing review! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that our home perfectly accommodated your extended family and that the ‘bunk room’ turned out to be a hit for all ages. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the freedom the golf cart provided and that the pool added an extra layer of fun to your stay.
We’re especially glad our team could make your experience smooth with clear communication and guidance—that means the world to us. Knowing you’d book with us again truly warms our hearts, and we’d love to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you our way. Until then, thank you for choosing us and for sharing these kind words!  -Life in Paradise Team

Great house for families and extremely clean. Everyone had the space they needed and the house came fully stocked- felt like I was in my own home. The kids loved the backyard and pool and really enjoyed the ping pong room. Our favorite spot was drinking coffee on the wrap around porch in the morning. Highly recommend this house and we will be back.

Thank you so much for your glowing review! We’re thrilled to hear that your family felt right at home and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It’s wonderful knowing the kids had such fun in the backyard, pool, and ping pong room! The wraparound porch is a personal favorite of ours too, and we’re so glad it added a special touch to your mornings. We can’t wait to welcome you back for more memorable moments in the future!  -Life in Paradise Team

This house was nice and fit our family comfortably. The only downside-the kitchen knives barely cut anything. Since we cooked a lot, that was annoying.

We had a great time at this house. The kids loved the heated pool, ping pong table and bunk beds. Lost of great amenities for the adults too - fire pit, smart TVs in every room, and a complementary 24hr cart rental. The house was very clean and had tons of space, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking family meals. Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

What a perfect home! It had everything we needed for our four adult children and us to enjoy a perfect holiday! Heated pool was great, played a lot of ping-pong, plenty of bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen for Thanksgiving cooking! We've stayed at 3 other PA homes and this is everyone's favorite! And, LIP was very available and helpful with any questions along the way. Thank you!!
