Located on Sand Key Drive just off Eleventh Street, this beautiful home sits on a lush lot surrounded by over 30 palm trees, offering privacy, charm, and resort-style amenities that go above and beyond.
Getting around is effortless with your included six-passenger golf cart, perfect for cruising the neighborhood or heading to the beach. Want to unwind after a long day? Enjoy the private pool, which can be heated or cooled to your preferred temperature upon request. Love outdoor living? You’ll appreciate the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, fire pit for evening s’mores, and many more thoughtful touches throughout the property.
As you arrive, you’ll immediately notice how welcoming the home feels, with ample driveway parking for up to four vehicles. For guests with electric vehicles, an EV charger is conveniently located right in front of the home.
Step inside to a warm and inviting living space featuring a cozy sectional with a queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, end tables with lamps, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
The spacious dining area comfortably seats six and is ideal for family meals or game nights, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen is a dream for cooks of all levels, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a commercial ice maker, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker.
Down the hallway, you’ll find the primary suite (BD1) featuring a king-size bed, plush seating with a queen sleeper sofa, a smart TV, closet, and direct access to the backyard and pool area. The ensuite bathroom (BA1) offers dual vanities and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
Also down the hall is BA2, featuring a tiled walk-in shower and granite countertop. Nearby is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 2 (BD2) includes a king-size bed, seating area, closet, and smart TV.
Bedroom 3 (BD3) also offers a king-size bed, closet, and smart TV—perfect for guests seeking comfort and privacy.

Things to Know:

  • EV Charger. Charger is a NEMA 14-50outlet (RV Style Outlet). Please bring your adapter or charger.
  • Private heated/cooled pool. The pool can be heated/cooled for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime.  Services may be performed while occupied.
  • Golf Cart Included for entire stay, Short Term Rentals Only, Subject to a $10.00 fuel charge.

  • WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Construction is a constant in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your visit is peaceful, you may encounter sights and sounds of building, projects or community improvements during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards making our community better for everyone.

We had such great time at the Heart of Palms! Everything at the property worked perfectly, so we were on vacation the second we walked in. The house is pet friendly and our dog loved it and was very relaxed even though he was in a strange place. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need. The separate ice maker was a real plus. The included golf cart came in real handy for trips to the beach or downtown. We highly recommend the Heart of Palms and we will definitely go back there!!!

This house was perfect. The back yard is the perfect oasis with all of the things you need. An amazing pool, outdoor cook station, Tv and covered patio. Parking was a little limited with 2 large trucks and golf cart. Golf cart was great and in great condition. The home was clean, and layout was perfect with 3 king beds. We had an excellent time at Hearts of Palms and would stay again.

Hearts of Palms is truly Life in Paradise. Absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed an extremely relaxing stay at this location. We loved the back yard, the pool, just everything. The shower in the master bedroom doesn't get very hot, might need to be looked at. We can't wait to go back. Thank You for creating such a lovely place to share with other people ♥️

We came for a week long beach trip, but only went to the beach three times. This house had it all! Plenty of interior and exterior room, king beds in every room, pool, outdoor grill, boiler and pizza oven, outdoor full sized table and TV with palm trees surrounding you. It was so comfy we didn't have any urge to leave it...even for the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay and I wish I would have booked for a longer stay. We have already decided that we will be making this an annual trip! My 5 year old hid under the covers on day of check out and refused to leave! Thank y’all for everything- absolutely beautiful!

We go to the Island about 5-6 times a yr. This is our second time staying at Heart of Palms and will not be our last time. We love it. It has such a welcoming feel. It’s very clean and has everything you need from kitchen items to beach towels and tons of blankets! The backyard is AMAZING! You won’t want to leave it. Huge tv on the wall so you can listen to music videos while in the pool and watch tv while eating breakfast before pool time. The grill seems like a new one, as it wasn’t there last yr, and it was awesome to cook with this time! Hands down best place on the island! Oh!! And the neighbors are super sweet! Don’t miss your chance to stay at this place, but please take care of it bc we plan to go back!

We stayed three nights at the Hearts of Palms property in Port A - it was a perfect spring break at Hears of Palms! The house is charming and the outdoor living perfect. We'd highly recommend and will plan to stay here again should our travels bring us back to Port Aransas!
