Hearts of Palm; positively, one of the most appealing homes in our family of homes. Located on Sand Key Dr. right off Eleventh Street, nestled in a lot with over 30 palm trees, and with amenities that go above and beyond all the rest.
Need a way to get around town? You have a six-passenger golf cart for your entire stay. Want that perfect pool temperature to close out your day? Have the private pool **heated or cooled to the perfect temperature upon request. Want to cook outside and enjoy your time with the family? Use the new outdoor kitchen. Need a fire to make Smores? The fire pit is available, and many more amenities to come …
When you arrive at the property, you will automatically sigh in awe of how inviting the front of the house is, with parking in the driveway for four vehicles. If you arrive in one of the new electric vehicles, there is an EV Charger located right in front of the house for your convivence.
Enter the front door to the living area, you will find a very cozy sectional sofa that also has a queen size sleeper sofa, two matching side chairs, end tables with lamps, and a smart TV, with Wi-Fi.
The generously sized dining table is excellent for all your family meals as well as having a game night, with seating for six; there are also two bar stools located at the kitchen bar area.
The exquisite gourmet kitchen, with its granite countertops, has everything you will need to prepare small snacks to big family meals, from the stainless-steel appliances, a commercial ice maker, and for all the coffee lovers; you have both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.
Down the hallway off the living area to the right is BD1) the master, with a King size bed, nightstands with lamps, a plush sofa, (that is also a queen sofa sleeper), to relax on, a closet, a large flat screen smart TV with Wi-Fi. The en suite bath BA1) master bath has a nice tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads, beautiful granite countertops with dual sinks. The master bedroom also has an exit to the backyard/pool area.
Down the hall to the right is BA2) this bathroom has another alluring tiled walk-in shower, and a granite countertop with a sink.
Across the hall is the laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use during your stay.
Down the hall to the right is BD2) the first guest room has a King size bed, nightstands with lamps, two chairs, a closet, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
At the end of the hall is BD3) the second bedroom, it has a King size bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
Out the back door through the kitchen is a backyard oasis of absolute beauty and pure enjoyment, including that great heated/cooled pool we mentioned earlier, with a beach type entry and a waterfall feature, an enjoyable fire pit for those cool evenings, or making Smores that we all love to eat at the beach. Various tables and chairs to sit in, a gas grill, with a flat top cooker, a 65” outdoor flat screen TV, a rolling ice chest, and new this year, a gas pizza oven.
As we said before, this is truly one of the “Pearls” in our ocean of homes…

We absolutely loved our stay and I wish I would have booked for a longer stay. We have already decided that we will be making this an annual trip! My 5 year old hid under the covers on day of check out and refused to leave! Thank y’all for everything- absolutely beautiful!

We go to the Island about 5-6 times a yr. This is our second time staying at Heart of Palms and will not be our last time. We love it. It has such a welcoming feel. It’s very clean and has everything you need from kitchen items to beach towels and tons of blankets! The backyard is AMAZING! You won’t want to leave it. Huge tv on the wall so you can listen to music videos while in the pool and watch tv while eating breakfast before pool time. The grill seems like a new one, as it wasn’t there last yr, and it was awesome to cook with this time! Hands down best place on the island! Oh!! And the neighbors are super sweet! Don’t miss your chance to stay at this place, but please take care of it bc we plan to go back!

We stayed three nights at the Hearts of Palms property in Port A - it was a perfect spring break at Hears of Palms! The house is charming and the outdoor living perfect. We'd highly recommend and will plan to stay here again should our travels bring us back to Port Aransas!
