Ground floor condo located in the front of the Sea Isle Village Complex. Begin your day with a swim at the beach or in the junior Olympic swimming pool. Prepare your catch of the day in our full kitchen with granite countertops and white appliances or drive down the street to local restaurants. The tile top dining table has seating for 4. After a long day, close the blinds and watch a relaxing movie. The bedroom includes 2- Queen size beds with a nightstand. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower unit, linen and clothes closet. The Living room includes a loveseat, futon and accent chair.

We are located on beach marker #3. The walkway to the beach is a partially paved 150-yard walk. You will need shoes to walk over the sand to the beach. The condo is on the ground floor, no climbing stairs or waiting for an elevator! Parking is located right outside the unit, no lugging your belongings across the property!

Overall

The condo was very clean and tidy. It was beach adorable. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Some of the bath towels were a little thread bare, but everything else was great. I didn't realize there was no private patio but we were close to the pool and other outdoor seating areas so it wasn't a big deal. It was so close to the heart of town and the beach! Loved the location. I will definitely be adding this unit to my list of places to stay for future adventures!

Love this little cozy place. Fully furnished with essentials!! The place has walking access to the beach which was so convenient. The pool was fun and all the extras!! Basketball court, playground for the kids, extra games, and lots of grills and picnic tables for us to choose from. There is also a very nice rinsing station after coming back from the beach and one at the pool. This place has a lot and very much enjoyed our stay. Will be back and hopefully with others from the family

Great walking distance to the beach, pool, play ground, shops and restaurants. This compact condo had everything our family of five needed. It was very clean inside and out. The inside air was a little stale upon arrival, but keeping the front door open with the screen door shut really helped circulate the air and we were able to settle right in. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a low key getaway!

Very clean, well furnished with things we needed to use during our Feb 2023 visit. The place was very comfortable for the two of us. We really appreciated the wonderful decor since it fit in with the beachy atmosphere. The weather was cooler than we had hoped for, but the unit was always comfy and we never had to adjust the thermostat. The bathroom was tidy and clean. The neighborhood pool was close by but we did not get in due to weather. The beach was accessible via the path and only a short walk. Restaurants were nearby and the variety ample but definitely seafood oriented. The laundry facilities were also close and clean. BC

We had a sisters trip & stayed here & we loved it. The condo was very clean, it was a short walk over to the beach, the beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We had a small issue with the toilet not working when we got there but they came right over & fixed it for us. Will be using Life in Paradise in the future.

It was a very nice place to stay. The lady at the front office was very helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in looked very clean. The walk to the beach wasn't even too far. We could walk it in 5 or 6 minutes from our room. If ever I make it back over there, I would stay at Sea Isle Village again.

Communication was excellent. Never had to wait on anything or ask for anything. Condo was very clean and smelled fresh in an environment where places can be musty! Everything worked fine. The only thing I think may be needed is a blackout/opaque curtain over the bedroom window. The pool/parking lot lights are fairly bright through the blinds at night. I still slept quite well though!

Ocean’s 11 is so cute and cozy…it was perfect for our annual girls Christmas getaway at the beach! It is decorated so fun and beachy and looks out to the pool and palm trees. It is wonderful that it has a pathway that you can walk to the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

I love staying at Ocean’s 11! The perfect beach home…so cozy and a great getaway. I enjoy all the comforts of home and yet you can walk to the beach! The swimming pool is also a nice treat after a day on the beach. I definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful time in Padre! The condo we stayed at was perfect for our small family and had great access to the beach! This was our families first trip to the beach and we will definitely be coming back!
