Welcome to Easy Breezy, a two-level house perfect for your next beach vacation. Located conveniently on 11th Street, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. 
This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is on the entry-level and offers two guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large laundry room.
On the second level, the open-concept living area features a sofa, loveseat, TV, and Wi-Fi. Step out onto the large deck off the living area and enjoy the outdoor space with seating for eight and a dining table to enjoy the ocean breezes. The home also includes a dining area with a sizable table and 6 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom is also located on this level and includes an ensuite full bathroom. There is a charming half bath with a pedestal sink
Easy Breezy is a great option for anyone who wants to enjoy their next Coastal getaway down in Port A.

This home matched our needs of needing to sleep 3 couples. My husband and I's friends booked this place together and we are so happy to have found this place. It had queen/king for all couples, no twin bed situation. Living room and kitchen had enough seating for us all. Even the deck was well furnished. That was one of our favorite spots of the home. We enjoyed our wine/beer nightly in the fresh air. Beach was just a short drive away as was all the restaurants and shops downtown.

We loved this property for our family vacation in Port A. It was close to the beach and restaurant/shopping areas. My wife loved the master bath with the jetted tub. Kids each got their own big bed. We both enjoyed getting to sit out together on the deck when the kids were watching tv in the evenings to have some one on one time.
