Awesome rental property

Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The shared pool was clean and very convenient. Super short drive to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you so much for this kind review — it truly made our day! Knowing everything felt very clean means the world to us, and we pour real care into every corner so you can settle in and simply relax.
We're delighted the kitchen had all the cooking essentials you needed, ready to make every meal feel easy and at home. And a clean, convenient pool just steps away? That's exactly the kind of carefree comfort we love offering our guests.
With such a short drive to the beach, we hope your days were filled with sunshine and easy adventures. Hearing that you'd absolutely stay here again is the greatest compliment we could ask for.
It would be an absolute joy to welcome you back to Life in Paradise — see you next time!

Great family spot

Family with 4 kids and the grandparents tagging along. Enjoyed our separate space downstairs but had to go upstairs to use a microwave or make coffee. Great to have a pool so close and be in a gated community. Parking is outside the gate so had to enter a code every time we went to the car. Extra parking on the side and in the back was helpful for a large vehicle. Loved being close to the beach (3 min drive) and the bay area shops and eating.

Thank you so much for choosing our condo for your family getaway — and for bringing the whole crew, kids and grandparents alike! It warms our hearts to know the separate downstairs space gave everyone room to spread out and relax, and that the nearby pool, gated community, and extra side and back parking made things easier for your larger vehicle.
We're so glad you loved the location too. Being just a few minutes from the beach and close to the bay-area shops and restaurants is exactly the kind of easy, enjoyable home base we hope every family finds here.
We truly appreciate your practical notes as well. Having to head upstairs for the microwave and coffee, and entering the gate code each time after parking, are thoughtful observations that help us keep improving the experience for families like yours.
It would be a joy to welcome your wonderful multigenerational crew back for many more memories by the coast. Thank you again!

Good location, close walk to the beach. Was not fond of the body soap shampoo combination!

Thank you so much for your kind words — they truly made our day! We're delighted the location worked so well for you, and that the short stroll to the beach made it easy to soak up every sunny moment.
Thank you, too, for the honest note about the body soap and shampoo combination. Little touches like that matter, and your feedback helps us make each stay even more comfortable. We'll keep it in mind as we continue fine-tuning the small details our guests enjoy.
It would be an absolute joy to welcome you back for another wonderful getaway. Thank you again!

House Was Adorable, A Few Suggestions

Reviewed on 2025-06-16 by Caitlin

Overall

We had a great stay at this Port Aransas vacation home! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach—and the house itself is absolutely adorable with stylish, coastal decor. It was very clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip, including reliable WiFi and a nice amount of parking. The pool area was also a great bonus and perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. A few things to note for future guests: the third bedroom with bunk beds is completely separate from the main house, which makes it tricky if you’re traveling with young kids. This setup wasn’t clear in the listing and was a bit of a surprise—especially since that room was a big reason we chose this rental. Also, the kitchen could use a few pantry basics (even just oil or sugar) and a can opener. And while there is ample parking, two of the spots are located outside the gated area, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend the house—just be aware of the layout if you’re bringing little ones!

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed and thoughtful review! It brings us immense joy to know that you had a great stay and that the vacation home’s fantastic location, stylish coastal decor, and cleanliness added to your enjoyment. We’re delighted that you found everything you needed for a comfortable trip, including reliable WiFi and ample parking, and that the pool area was a relaxing retreat after days of fun in the sun.
We truly appreciate your feedback about the third bedroom with bunk beds being separate from the main house. We understand how this setup might be challenging, especially for families with young children. Based on your input, we’ve updated the listing to provide greater clarity and better set expectations for future guests.
Regarding the kitchen, while we aim to provide a well-appointed space, we do not supply pantry basics like oil, sugar, or seasonings for health safety reasons. Your suggestion for a can opener has been noted, and we’ll explore adding this convenience for our guests. We also hear your thoughts about the two parking spots outside the gated area; while this design helps accommodate more vehicles overall, we understand it might not be ideal for everyone.
Once again, thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to offer such valuable feedback. It’s thoughtful insights like yours that help us continue to improve and provide exceptional experiences for our guests. We’re thrilled to hear you’d recommend the home and would be honored to welcome you back in the future. We’ll be here to help make your next visit even more memorable! -Life in Paradise Team
