Ocean Potion is a newly redecorated ground floor townhome near the beach in the Safe Harbor development located on 11th street. With beautiful coastal décor throughout, this home has accommodations of three bedrooms, three bathrooms that sleep nine. The fully equipped kitchen has spacious granite countertops, decorative backsplash, new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to enjoy your stay, worry-free. The large dining table offers seating for eight to enjoy meals. There is additional adjacent seating for four at the bar. The living room is maximized for your vacation enjoyment. The sofa, is a very comfortable sectional with an oversize chair to match. They are adorned with plush pillows to make yourself comfortable while watching the new wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi. There are also games and puzzles in the TV console table for you to have fun with your family. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the covered patio while taking in the ocean breeze or cook the days catch on the charcoal grill. The guest bedroom (BR1) is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, one is a Twin over a Full ,and the other is Twin over a Twin, nightstand, TV, closet and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The full hallway bathroom has a granite vanity top, a toilet with a built in bidet and tiled tub/shower to clean up after a day at the beach. The 2nd master bedroom (BR2) has a king-sized bed, nightstands, TV and chair. The large en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a toilet with a built in bidet and tub/shower combo. The 1st master bedroom (BR3) has a King size bed, nightstands, TV, and small chest. There is also a back door from this bedroom that leads right to the shared pool. The large en-suite bathroom has a double vanity sink, and an extra large beautifully tiled walk in shower. The toilet is also equipped with a built in bidet.
You also have access to the garage to this unit, there are chairs, a corn hole set up and beach toys that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. The shared pool is only a few feet from the door and offers a shallow play pool for small children in addition to the larger pool. This home is 0.6 miles to the beach and 1.4 miles to shops, restaurants and bars. Book now to come and relax at this lovely home located near the Texas Gulf Coast.

Overall

Everything was great! House was decorated so cute and extremely clean! Right around the corner from the beach and right off 11th- so easy access to everything on a golf cart! Beds were so comfy and pool was perfect just to soak in after a day at the beach!

House is adorable, very clean and decorated so cute! Perfect close location to the beach. You can hear the ocean from the house. Located right off 11th and Beach Access Rd, so we could drive the golf cart anywhere. We loved lounging in the pool after a hot day at the beach. The huge walk in showers with the rain head showers were so cool! We had the best time and will definitely be back.
