Tickle My FanSea is a new home conveniently located on 11th St., one minute from the beach. Perfect for a family vacation getaway with 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The home next door, The Floppy Flounder, is available for rental as well for those needing more room. The open and inviting living area has a large sectional with plush pillows and two matching accent chairs, all made for relaxing while watching a movie or your favorite sports team on the wall-mounted Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishes, a regular coffee maker, basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for eight and an additional four at the bar. Take your morning coffee out on the balcony and start the day off taking in the sea breeze. The first guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom consists of a vanity and tub/shower. Guest bedroom (BR2) also has a King size bed, nightstands, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. Perfect for kids with room to play, the bunkroom (BR3) has 2 sets of custom built-in Twin Bunk beds, a closet and wall-mounted TV. The master suite (BR4) has a King bed, chest, wall-mounted TV and a desk for working remotely or distance learning assignments. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi-connected Smart TVs and rugs for softness and warmth on the feet. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet along with a vacuum, broom and fold-up crib for your personal use.
Take the family fun out back to the fenced-in yard and splash around in the brand new pool with water features and cool surround decking. Lounge beside it while catching some rays, start a competitive game of corn hole, cook up the days catch on the grill or sit in the shaded outdoor living area with mood lighting while breathing in the ocean air.

There is also an array of child care items including a full-size crib, booster chairs, toddler utensils and family-friendly games.

What an awesome place! Everything was clean and new, the kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you need to prepare all your meals. It was great having your own private pool and not to mention only a minute ride to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

What an awesome place! Such quick access to the beach and the hosts have thought of EVERTHING! The kids loved the fun bunkroom and the books and available toys are a great addition. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and they great backyard with pool. Would absolutely return!

This home is perfect! It is new, fresh and modern! The decor is wonderful and the home has everything you need from kitchen items to games and coloring books for the kids to a wagon to use at the beach! I loved how everything was labeled so you didn't have to search for anything! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the bunk room is so cute and great for 4 kids! It is a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. The pool is adorable and was so nice to have as a post-beach option. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again soon!

Loved EVERYTHING! This property was beautiful inside and out. The kids really enjoyed the pool and Im so glad we visited Port Aransas. We will be coming back soon and this will be our vacation stay spot! This place had everything we needed and more! Super Happy!!!

“Paradise”

When your kids ask “do we have to leave paradise” you know it’s been a great trip! We have stayed in a lot of rentals, and this was by far the very best ever! Beautifully decorated, everything was clean and well organized! We didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. The pool was the perfect size! Renting a golf cart made the trip to the beach and parking, quick and easy! I can’t wait to come back here, maybe rent out the Floppy Flounder too, for a group getaway!
