Chic Shack features a distinguished level of splendor with custom coastal décor in shades of blue and green carried throughout. This is the perfect location in town on 11th St, 0.4 mile to the beach and 0.7 mile to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the front balcony while watching the sunrise from the comfy outdoor furniture. Upon entry to the open concept layout, you will see that seating is plentiful among the large sectional with plush pillows and two matching armchairs. Gather and watch movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The modern kitchen is a chef's delight with ample granite counter space equipped with new appliances, crisp white cabinets, and both a regular coffee maker and Keurig, stocked with dishes, basic pots, pans, cookware, and utensils. Savor your freshly prepared meals at the striking dining table with seating for nine and four stools at the bar for additional seating. The first guest room (BR1) is made up of a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest, and wall-mounted TV.  The second guest room (BR2) is furnished with a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and a wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom including a granite vanity and tile tub/shower. Kids will love the bunk room (BR3) with plenty of floor space to stretch out, watch movies, and play games, also provides a set of custom-built Twin over Twin bunk beds and a Twin over Full bunk bed, wall-mounted TV, and closet. The shared hall bathroom consists of a granite vanity and tile tub/shower. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR4) at the end of the hallway, composed of a King bed, nightstands, chest, bench at the foot of the bed and wall wall-mounted The ensuite bathroom contains a roomy granite vanity and tile tub/shower. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet for easy access. After a day at the beach, come back to cool off and relax in the private pool or lounge beside it. There is ample outdoor space to cook the day's catch, play games or just unwind in the ocean breeze. Come experience the island time of mind and see everything Chic Shack has to offer!

Perfect size home for 2 families to vacation. All the rooms are cozy and cute and the heated pool was perfect to play in.Tons of close restaurants and the beach is a short walk away. Loved it!

House was perfect ! Clean & new ! LOVED the golf cart & pool. Had a restroom by the pool which was helpful with kids. We also enjoyed the covered patio by the pool. Very close to the beach. We went back & forth on the golf cart. On Eleventh St. with lots of action. We enjoyed watching people from the front porch. Very happy with Life In Paradise.. will use them again next trip. Having Beach Gear was a plus also. Port A was fun for the whole family. We had a wonderful stay.

The house was perfect! Definitely will be staying again. Life in Paradise has been the best vacation rental we have used in Port Aransas abcs we will continue using them!

The house and property was beautiful. Very well laid out. We had 12 people which included 5 kids ages 2 to 15. We never felt crowded. We had a few minor issues with the pool and 1 TV but property management was prompt and super nice every time we contacted them. Kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and pots and pans. It was an easy walk to the beach even with a 2 year old. We enjoyed every minute we were there! Would definitely pick this house again next time!

Kitchen well stocked to do whatever you want to in there. Plenty of dining seating for everyone. The house is 1 block from beach access road so quick and easy beach access. The house was very clean on arrival. No issues at all. Great place. I hope it is available when we want to return to Port Aransas.
