Blue Buoy is a freshly decorated, coastal-chic A-Frame retreat nestled in the laid-back Leeward Sands neighborhood of Port Aransas. Just a quick 3-minute golf cart ride to the beach, shops, and local restaurants, this pet-friendly getaway (with a fully enclosed yard) is perfect for a relaxed coastal escape.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, the home features one king bedroom, one queen bedroom with a twin trundle, a sleeper sofa, and a sleeper chair—ideal for families or groups. Step outside to your private custom pool complete with a tanning ledge, heater for year-round enjoyment, and a chiller to keep things cool during the summer months—perfect for anglers and non-anglers alike.
Unwind on the wraparound deck or the shaded patio, equipped with a charcoal grill for BBQs or post-fishing meals. Inside, the cozy living room offers comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa and armchairs, plus a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite services or enjoying 100+ channels through our provider.
The recently remodeled kitchen features trendy subway tile, seating for four, easy deck access, and a dedicated coffee bar with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.  A convenient half bath is located just off the living area.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms at the top of the wood-treaded stairs, including one overlooking the private pool. Each bedroom offers a wall-mounted Smart TV with our service provider and spacious closets. A shared full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower is located between the bedrooms. A washer and dryer are available on the ground level in the enclosed storage area.

Things to Know:

  • Private Heated Pool- The pool can be heated or cooled for $50.00 per day and must be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime.  Services may be performed while occupied.
  • Pet Friendly with $95 Fee per Pet, Maximum 2 Pets.
  • Charcoal Grill- Please bring charcoal. 
  • Keurig and drip coffee maker. Please bring K-cups, coffee and filters. 
  • Laundry detergent not provided.
  • Beach Towels not provided.
  • Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
  • WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Parking for 4 vehicles. No parking in the street. Boat and trailer parking permitted in the drive way.
  • Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.

Great getaway , close to Resteraunts and a couple minutes from the beach . Location was nice as expected . Pool was great and made for a nice start or finish to the day .

The house was great! Clean and the perfect size for a small group. Neighborhood was quiet, I was nervous it might be a little far from town, but it wasn’t at all. The pool was so great we swam in it every day and night!
The only thing that we noticed was the bathroom sink up stairs didn’t drain very well. Other than that everything was amazing. We will most likely rent this home again for another vacation.

The home is perfect and has everything that we needed. Having a private pool was a great bonus to enjoy on a daily basis. The location is great, being conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Great communication with the mgmt company as well.

We had a great time at The Blue Buoy! The house was in a great location with plenty of yard space. The pool was so nice as well! Check in was so easy too! The house was so clean with alot of great touches. Alot of stairs but we managed them!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Buoy. It has an amazing little charm to it. The pool added a fun touch to it too. The place had everything you would need to cook your meals right there at the beach house.We will definitely be back to stay at this adorable beach house!!

We had a really great time staying here! The house has cute, beachy decor & we loved having the pool in the backyard. I was there with my 3-yr-old son, so I appreciated that they had a baby gate for the stairs inside & that the deck had locks on the gates so I could keep my kiddo easily contained. I also liked that it is on a quiet street & didn't have to worry about loud parties after putting my son down for naps & at night.

Great house in a great location! Close to everything! A Blue Buoy is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We brought a few kitchen utensils and didn't need them. From the furniture to the wall hangings to the books on the shelves, this house is GREAT! We really enjoyed the pool. Check in and out was smooth and easy. We will not hesitate to rent from Life in Paradise again. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning!

Cool place, perfect for our stay. Easy check in and check out. Items of concern were that the kitchen lights did not work, and there were no full sized bath towels available.

We had an excellent time in our rental. The pool makes this home worth the price. I would stay here again. Grass instead of rocks around the pool would have made the outside area a 10. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. We had to throw out food on our second day... but we aren't big complainers. Check in and out was amazingly simple. We had an excellent time.

We r in love with this rental!! Everything was great! Loved the pool and fenced backyard! Right down road from Nature preserve. Brenda, Gina, and Sebastian were so nice, friendly and helped with anything! Love them! Thank u for a wonderful stay! Hope to rent this Gem of a house again!!!

I’m worried that if I tell everyone how terrific Blue Buoy is, I might not be able to get a reservation next time. Blue Buoy is adorable. We found the place well stocked, clean, and cozy. The porch, small pool and balcony were highlights and we enjoyed a lot of time poolside. This place was even cuter than the pictures show. My only note of caution would be to mention that the stairs up to the bedrooms are short narrow and should be approached with caution. Overall we loved it, the kids, dogs and I can’t wait to return.
