The first-floor welcomes guests with a spacious entertainment lounge featuring plush leather seating, a large-screen television, a dining table with seating for six, which is perfect for playing board games and puzzles, and a stylish bar complete with a sink and under-counter refrigerator. Access from this living space leads directly to the home's private outdoor oasis. Lounge beside the sparkling private pool, unwind on the shallow tanning ledge, or relax on the built-in pool bench while enjoying warm Gulf breezes. A covered outdoor living area offers a 10-person dining table, while the fully equipped outdoor kitchen—featuring a gas grill, sink, and beverage refrigerator—creates the perfect setting for alfresco dining and evening gatherings. Also located on this level is a custom-designed bunk suite with two oversized built-in bunk beds and pull-out trundles, comfortably accommodating up to six guests, along with a full bath that serves both the suite and common areas.
