Step inside this luxurious retreat to discover chic finishes throughout, from the modern kitchen to the inviting living and dining spaces. On the ground floor, a comfortable guest suite awaits, complemented by a convenient laundry nook and a drop zone with a mini fridge for easy beach-snack preparation. 
Ascend to the upper levels to find two more dreamy bedrooms, each boasting a private bath and a personal deck to enjoy more of the mesmerizing views.
The top level is an entertainer's dream, featuring a bar area complete with a snack fridge and leading to a sprawling deck furnished with dining and living spaces, offering panoramic views of the Gulf and Bay. (The hot tub is not available to guests.)

The house was absolutely amazing and more than what I expected! It was so clean and had everything I needed for the 5 days we were there. I lived the different levels so everyone had their own space. We had teenage kids so it was perfect. It was right by the beach access which was great it you don’t have a golf car and it’s fast to walk over. We needed up getting a golf cart the 2nd day and we had an extra place to park it next to our car spot! There is not a BBQ grill but you don’t need it bc there is so many great choices to eat locally. I slept like a baby and the showers were nice and hot!! I have not one bad thing to say about this house. Such a fun and awesome stay! Thank you for letting us stay in your house! Beautiful!!

And that multi-level layout? We love that it gave everyone their own space to spread out and relax. Traveling with teenagers is so much easier when each person has a spot to call their own, and knowing it worked perfectly for your crew makes us smile.
We're also thrilled the beach access was a highlight. Being able to walk over quickly is such a gift, especially before a golf cart is in the picture. Speaking of which, we're so glad that extra parking spot came in handy once you picked one up on day two!
You're absolutely right about the local dining, too. With so many wonderful places to eat nearby, a BBQ grill hardly gets missed. And hearing that you slept like a baby with plenty of hot showers to go around is exactly the kind of comfort we hope every guest feels.

Great Views, Location, and Accomodations

This house was an excellent fit for my family with older teenagers. Each of the kids had space to bring a friend and space to spread out. We used the kitchen for every meal, and it did not feel cramped at all. The balconies each offer unique views, and the rooftop even has a water view. We would love to come back to this beach house. Great if you have plans to entertain or just enjoy time with your family. We would prefer a grill on the kitchen level.

Long weekend retreat

The townhouse is well stocked and very nice. The ice maker isn't on or hooked up, so no ice available. The 4th floor outdoor seating area was a nice retreat. We tried to rent chairs and umbrella but it was never set up for us, we went down to the beach in the morning then late afternoon but no set up with our name. We were refunded the rental fee. The mosquitoes were the worst we have seen them in the area, lots of mosquito spray.
