We had a GREAT vacation!

We traveled with four adults, 5 teenagers (15-20) and two babies (1-2). It was plenty of room for all of us. I was a little nervous about the bathroom situation with 4 teenage girls but it was fine. The description says that this house is a 4 bedroom and 3 bath house but it is actually a 3.5 bath. The half bath is downstairs in the main area. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities. We brought seasonings, foil, ziplock bags, dishwasher soap, extra paper towels and toilet paper but the house had plenty already. I am not sure if it is from previous guests. The beds were comfortable and house was clean. We brought a baby gate for the stairs and it came in very handy and used the laundry room in the master bathroom as a "room" for the two year old. It was quite and cool.
Since there is not any houses right next to this house the lawn was pretty grown up and LOTS of stickers. Nothing really the property owners of this house could help, but just good information to know with little kids.
We enjoyed the golf carts, boardwalk, beach and pool. We will definitely come back to Sunflower Beach Resort.

The house was very nice, and the resort was the perfect size. We enjoyed the pool and the smash burger was one of the best burgers we've had. A suggestion would be to have the kitchen stocked a little more. Measuring cups etc.

The office staff at Sunflower Beach were excellent with everything. The layout was very good with having most of the main area at the first level. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture. The only recommendation would be to provide some operating instructions for the stove/oven. We had to spend a little time with trial and error to get various parts turned on.

Great stay. We always return to Sunflower Beach- service is excellent. The house suited our needs very well. A few items in the kitchen were missing, but overall very good. See you next year!!

We loved our time at Sunflower Beach! The resort was beautiful and the home we stayed in (Cover me in Sunshine) was beautiful. We had so much fun getting to spend time together in the house, drive out to the beach and hanging out at the pool. The convenience of having a restaurant on the property was also a bonus! Definitely be staying again for our next family vacation.

Everytime my Wife and I stay here at Sunflower Beach, we stay at this unit. We love it here and the owner has decorated it perfectly. It has plenty of room for a large family and just cozy enough for a couple. We love the views, the water, the pool and of course the beach. It's just so relaxing. We always come home refreshed. We wouldn't stay anywhere else... Oh and we feel SAFE when we're here. Just simply AMAZING.

My wife and I spent three days at this home and had a wonderful experience. The home is very modern and up to date in all respects. The home is close to downtown port aransas so it is easy to drive to dinner or any activities in town. The interior of the home is very light and perfect for the beach, all furniture is perfect for the scenery of being at the beach. The two car garage attached to the home was more than enough to store all chairs, golf carts, vehicles and anything needed that we did not want to bring into the home to avoid bringing in sand. The kitchen is very modern with several burners, a large oven, and a large dishwasher among other items. Each bedroom comes with its own personal tv, including both living rooms upstairs and downstairs. We very much enjoyed the three upstairs balconies, which let us sit and watch the sunset and also see the ocean. The outdoor shower is nicely placed on the back patio, which was perfect for washing off after a long day at the beach or the pool. There are two pools in the development, one for children and adults and one for just adults. My wife and I enjoyed the adult only pool very much, there also is a bar and grill at the pool which makes great cocktails and food. The beach is a short walk from the home, with direct access through the development, the walkway is also large enough for golf carts to access the beach. My wife and I very much enjoyed our time here and wish we had a few more days on our trip to enjoy this lovely home.
