Spent three nights with family of 10; Grands, Parents and kids. Everyone has their space kids/family room down stairs adults up. The Sunflower pool is awesome and beach access is tight. Beware the mosquitoes near the outside shower at night I think the oleanders store them for your bodies pleasure.

What a treat to host all ten of you — grands, parents, and kids alike! We're so glad the layout gave everyone room to spread out, with the kids and family room downstairs and the adults settling in upstairs. That kind of space is exactly what makes a multigenerational getaway feel easy and relaxing.
We're thrilled the Sunflower pool was a hit, too. It really is one of our favorite spots to unwind, and beach access keeps the sand close even when it's a tight squeeze.
Now, about those mosquitoes by the outside shower — you caught us! We suspect those oleanders are running a little spa for the local mosquito population, and they do love an evening guest. They're a genuine challenge on the island, especially after the heavy rains we've had lately. We're always working to keep them at bay, and a little bug spray near dusk goes a long way.
Thank you for the wonderful review and the good humor. We'd love to welcome your whole crew back anytime your travels bring you our way!

Our first time renting in the area in Port Aransas and it was absolutely wonderful. The house and staff were incredible. The location was greatand when we did need to go out for anything it was easy to reach either by car or golf cart. Would recommend especially when travelling with lots of people. Our kids loved the bunk beds and had a great time. Would rent here again.

Absolutely gorgeous home very close to the beach and the town. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here. The home was brand new and the community was well laid out and golf cart friendly. We were able to rent a golf cart and drive it onto the beach and also I to town to eat at nearby restaurants. Very family friendly!

Thank you so much for your glowing review! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family had such a wonderful stay. It’s always our goal to create a space that feels both welcoming and convenient, so knowing you enjoyed the home’s proximity to the beach and town truly warms our hearts. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future. Until then, we wish you many more family-friendly adventures!   -Life in Paradise Team

Thank you for a wonderful experience in your beautiful Port Aransas home. The home is comfortable, bright, and a perfect place to enjoy our grandkids. Just a few suggestions: Shades on the bathroom windows in the Master would be good. Also, the wifi doesn't work well downstairs so maybe adding router would help. And finally, the addition of some stemless wine glasses would be a nice touch. Thanks again for a great stay.

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our Port Aransas home and that it was the perfect spot to create wonderful memories with your grandkids. Knowing our guests feel comfortable and welcome truly means the world to us.
We really appreciate your suggestions as well. Adding shades to the Master bathroom windows is a great idea, and we’ll look into making that improvement. We’ll also address the wifi connectivity downstairs and explore adding a router to ensure a seamless experience for future stays. And stemless wine glasses? What a fantastic idea to add a touch of elegance and convenience—consider it on our list!
Thank you again for your kind words and helpful feedback. We hope to host you and your family again soon for another wonderful stay!
