  • 2 Huge resort-style pools (1 family-friendly & 1 adult only) – Hours: Sunrise to 10 pm, smaller one heated during cold months.
  • State-of-the-art gym
  • Boardwalk to the beach w/ golf cart access (Mile Marker 28)
  • Kids area w/ books, games & TV located at the pool pavilion
  • Golf Cart Rentals
  • Chair and Umbrella rentals
  • Turtle's Poolside Grill
  • Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property.  Violation of this could result in it being towed.
  • Minimum age to rent is 25
  • Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Mon – to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
  • Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.

Absolutely gorgeous location and accommodation. A little pricey, but you're paying for the beauty and it was New Year's Eve restaurant lovely bar available in outside golf course although it's only nine holes now it is beautiful thoroughly enjoyed our time there if you don't mind spending a little extra for the beauty.

Oh my gosh! My wife and I cannot say enough about this place! It is gorgeous on the inside and so peaceful! You are just a short golf cart ride from the beach (make sure to rent one; driving on the beach is easily the most unique and special part of this community!). Staying at this resort, we felt like royalty, and we have definitely already booked to come back. A few things to note: 1. There is one grocery store (appx. 10-15 min ride from the beach) 2. Übers are very hard to get in Port Aransas since everyone usually travels via golf cart. They are able to drop you off from the airport to the resort, but they are not always responsive vice versa. Make sure you have a plan in advance (we happened to get lucky and pre-booked our Über driver in advance after he dropped us off at our resort). 3. There is no oven in the unit (totally fine; we had stovetop meals prepared), so make sure to plan for this. Overall, this stay was dreamy, relaxing, and clean! Do not hesitate to book!

For convenience, we also have a Dollar General and CVS nearby. You’re absolutely right about planning ahead for transportation—while Ubers are limited in Port Aransas, we do have taxi services available to help get around.

Nestled among multimillion dollar homes in Sunflower, we felt elite! Walked to beach using board walk, close to town but walked to restaurant right across the street at Palmilla. Wish the fireplace had been working but the bathtub was fantastic and held the heat of the water for SO long! Appreciated the kettle for me tea. Would have liked a toilet brush in bathroom. Bed was super comfy and pillows were too! Loved sitting on generously sized patio!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location and resort amenities were fantastic. Checking in was a "breeze," and we were delighted to find a snack gift basket waiting for us after our long drive to Port A – it was just what we needed! The furnishings were thoughtfully selected, and the kitchen is stocked with things you'll need. The overall design of the property was impressive, with every detail fitting together perfectly. The fireplace, in particular, was the “Chef’s Kiss” – its location and ambiance were just perfect. Our friends, who own a place in the SBH location, were equally impressed. We will definitely be staying here again (and again)!
