The Big Nauti is located in town, within walking distance to the beach with an outdoor pool oasis, large balconies and vibrant coastal décor and charm inside this second-level home. The private backyard area offers options such as swimming in the private pool with water feature and table, basking in the sun, enjoying a beverage under the Palapa, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, cooking up the day's catch on the grill, and eating/ gathering under the shaded area. Sip your morning coffee on the large back balcony in the Gulf breeze or catch a breathtaking sunset on the front deck. Step inside to the open, inviting living/dining/kitchen area with coastal touches carried throughout. Unwind on the plush couch, sofa, or vibrant accent chairs while watching your favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an island for prepping, basic pots, pans, and dishes for your cooking needs. Savor meals at the striking wood table and benches with seating for eight guests. There is a stackable washer/dryer for your use as well. The full hall bathroom is comprised of a vanity with a granite countertop and a tile-trimmed tub/shower. The guest bedroom (BR1) is complete with a King bed, TV, closet, a chair for curling up and reading a book, and access to the back balcony. The bunk room (BR2) is perfect for kids with a set of Twin over Twin bunk beds, a Full over Full bunk bed, a closet, and a chair. This home is 0.4 miles from the beach and just blocks from restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

The property was just as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The property was close to everything. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The big plus was the communication from the time we booked our stay until we left. It was a wonderful experience for a family vacation. Thank you

The house we rented was great, the pool was just amazing for our whole family. The covered deck was great for bbq's and with a down stairs bathroom/shower there was no need to head up stairs wet. The A/C in the house was on steroids and after a hot day on the beach you just get frostbite coming into the house. The only thing I can say that was a negative and a small one at that was the house only had 4 fresh towels and we found the remaining towels in the closet dirty, the BBQ pit was full of ash but again it didn't stop me from cooking. The house was great would rent this one again.

My dog and I had an absolutely amazing time. Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed. We loved the pool. It was a perfect size.The beach was about 3 minutes away by car and maybe 5 minutes by walking.I plan on doing this same vacation each year.

This was our first stay at a Life in Paradise property …BIG Nauti is so Fabulous…we loved our stay…so well equipped and furnished…a beautiful pool …we would highly recommend this property…we have already booked more dates in 2023 and 2024 …just a wonderful experience!…also the stay is so friendly and professional!!!

Beautiful, relaxing, walking distance to the beach. Love this property. We have a dog and the whole yard is fenced so she was able to be free and roam around if she wished.

My wife and I brought out dogs to Port Aransas to celebrate our anniversary. It was a very relaxing long weekend. The pool area is great with a downstairs bathroom and changing area. We loved the upstairs, wrap-around balcony with the sundeck in the back, and inside the house was perfect for cooking dinner and watching TV. The beach is definitely walking distance if you're not carrying a bunch of stuff, but we took the car during the day. Very close to all of the coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Great place! We'll definitely stay again.

We absolutely love staying at “The Big Nauti” in Port A. It’s our happy place, the pool area is perfect and they’ve added a new palapa area with seating along with extended deck and fence. I brought a friend and her corgi from out of state and she absolutely adored the place. We will definitely come back.

This house was perfect. Nice king size bed, i believe a set of queen size bunk beds and a set of regular size bunk beds. The pool was awesome and it is conveniently located close to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again.

This was our second stay at this location and we are already planning our third! You can’t beat the location. You are only short stroll to the beach, steps from the private pool and only minutes away from amazing food.
