OCEAN VIEW!! Dune Our Thing is a cozy updated efficiency unit that is located on the fourth floor of the Sea Breeze Condo Complex, which offers you beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and the dunes right behind the property! . Have a cup of coffee or mimosa while you enjoy a beautiful Texas sunrise or watch the ships go in and out while sitting in the tall deck chairs on the back balcony with protection from the hot afternoon sun, while still enjoying the prevailing sea breeze.

Dune Our Thing is within walking distance to at least 9 restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious food, drinks and maybe even a little belt sander racing in season! You are also only a half-mile walk from the beach and the Horace Caldwell Fishing Pier.

If that’s not enough, you have access to the incredible pool area complete with palm trees, hot tub and outdoor shower!

The kitchen has all new appliances (no dishwasher) to prepare your meals. Dine at the unique live edge mesquite table for four with pull-out bench seating. Lounge on the couch (which converts to a sleeper sofa), accent chair or storage bench

while watching your favorite movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV. Get a good night's rest on the comfortable King size bed. This area is accompanied by nightstands, a chest for your beach attire, a hanging area for clothes and a luggage rack. The adjacent full bath consists of a vanity and separate tub/shower, perfect for more than one person getting ready for dinner. There is also an onsite laundry facility for your use.

We loved this condo. Crowded for 3 adults but you can make it work. It is perfect for 2. Office staff was incredible. Location was amazing. We will definitely be back. Very clean room.

This is our second time staying at Dune our thing. We love it here. The view is great, room is spectacular and even though bars next door it is a very quiet place to stay. Definitely a wonderful place for a couple to stay. Look forward to booking again next year.

We had a fun stay at Dune our thing. The location is perfect, it was stocked with everything we needed if we wanted to cook, and the back balcony has a great view of the water. The weather was less than cooperative, but we made the best of it. There are many restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely come back here. Maybe next time we will have warm enough weather to get in the pool as it looked lovely!

This condo exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased. With the description as an efficiency there was more than enough room for two teenagers, two adults and a toddler. We will be back we think this will just be our new place to stay.

We spent Thanksgiving in Port A...specifically Sea Breeze because we were interested in purchasing a couple of the condos. The 4th floor view is AMAZING! The proximity to restaurants, bars and the beach is the best! We liked it so much, we bought 2 of them! We’re headed back soon to fix, remodel and redecorate.

I had a great time relaxing and seeing great people in Port Aransas went down to the gaff and head some pizza and beer watched a show and then the next morning set on the balcony and watch the sunrise

Sea Breeze is all remodeled from Harvey. Elevator is working! Views are awesome. Close to great restaurants and shops. Just down the street from the beach. Professional and courteous management company. You can't go wrong with staying at Sea Breeze.

The room was \"ok\" but a great view of the gulf, very nice pool and bbq area. Would stay again, but they do need to treat for insects (roaches). Overall it great for the money but if you can afford more go for it.

Thank you for submitting your review, as we are glad you enjoyed the complex and the great view the unit on the 4th floor provided from the balcony we are sorry to hear about your other issues, these unit are sprayed inside and out for roaches on a quarterly basis try our best to make sure they are not inside the units, the palmetto bugs are attracted to the palms natural to this region, we will make sure we get our pest control to spray the unit so that this not happen again. Please feel free to come back again and give us another chance.
