This updated condo is located in the Sea Breeze Condos on the 4th floor with colorful coastal touches throughout. The complex offers you access to the incredible pool area complete with a hot tub and outdoor shower, beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping and on site laundry facility. You’re only 0.5 miles away from Port Aransas beach and the South Jetty. The kitchen is furnished with granite countertops, fridge, oven, microwave, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. (*No dishwasher*) There is a table for two to enjoy your meals. Get a good night's rest in the King bed, watch TV from the bed, couch (which converts to a Queen sleeper) or accent chair. Make use of the luggage rack for quick access to your beach attire. Freshen up in the full bath with granite vanity and separate tile tub/shower area. A huge thanks to Rudy (maintenance) way above the call of duty, likewise housekeeping for their extra effort and respect for privacy, very nice. Might on the owner side get some sharp kitchen knives and a cutting board, I'd guess they are dull because to use it's either the fo-granite countertop or stoneware plates to cut on.LIP, always our choice!Lastly it would have been nice to use the pool, more times than not the pool is dirty and the hot tub kinda green.

Honestly loved the property, very close to the beach and provided everything needed to enjoy your stay. Being so close to the beach we could hear the waves and get the breeze from the ocean on the balcony which turned into its own pleasant atmosphere. The condo it's self was amazing had that at home vibe going on even when on vacation. Will be returning again and that will be the place ill be staying.

We had a super stay at the Sea Breeze apartments. The suites were well appointed, everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the swimming pool and being so close to the beach. The internet connection was excellent. Thankyou.

Awesome service! Awesome Condo! The best one we have stayed in at this location. Minor issues, light in kitchen shelving to the right of microwave and on wall behind couch are out. Also , picture of ? (Looks like something melting) to the left of TV, could be much improved on. Maybe a real beach scene? All in all, a great stay. Will definitely stay at this one again.

First class accommodations. Fourth floor gives great view of classy pool and distant gulf. Clean. Title floor nice. Bed comfortable. Need night light in bathroom. Very close to five stars and reasonable pricing.

The room was great for exception of the elevator being out of service. It was walking distance to restaurants, church, and beach.

I thought it was ocean view. Room was plenty big. Had everything u need for a getaway, without having to bring everything.
When first arrived and opened door, there was a strong odor in room. I didnt like the dog in the pool area. Some outsiders came in and took over pool Saturday night, very vuglar

Port A Four Day Get Away

This property is like a hotel suite with a small galley kitchen (no dishwasher), full bath, king bed and small living area and a balcony. It has been updated from the picture here and is adequate for 2 people. This balcony is shaded in the afternoon and we did use it. Upon arrival we found a six pack container of garbage in the kitchen garbage. There were \"greasy head\" marks on the mirror over the been as seen here in this photo that had not been cleaned off. There was a puddle of what I guess to be cleaner on the right side of
the bathroom sink counter that I had to clean up. I mention these items because of the rules for cleaning before you leave. We are not new to Port A and did enjoy the close locate to great restaurants that we could walk to. This location is also close to the beach. This property also has a great pool area with a hot tub.

This place was recommended by a friend. Comfortable accommodation close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Stayed two nights in fourth-floor studio with ocean view. The weather was wet, and the windows stayed fogged up the whole time. A dehumidifier might be in order, as though the apartment was clean, it smelled a bit musty.

What a perfect stay - quiet, relaxing and the perfect place to hang out on the balcony and watch the ships come into port. The room was perfect for the the week. Very clean room, updated appliances, granite countertops and the furnishings were beautiful.

Pros: good value, immaculate interior, great location, awesome pool
Cons: Elevator not working due to Harvey, outside of building looks a little worse for wear.

The outside gave a bad first impression but the interior and pool area more than made up for it. We were warned beforehand that the elevator wasn’t working so won’t hold that against anyone. Overall it was a great trip and we would stay here again. This is the second time we’ve rented from life in paradise and we will again!
