Robyn's Pelican Nest is located on the 4th floor with an awesome view of the Gulf in the distance and overlooking the shared pool below. This complex is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. Granite counter space, stainless steel appliances, basic pots, pans and utensils complete the kitchen area (no dishwasher). There is seating for 2 at a breakfast table. Open closet space for hanging clothes and bench seating area connect the kitchen and living area. The open living/bedroom area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, cable, Wi-Fi, accent chair, Sofa Sleeper, King size bed, nightstand and dresser. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the ocean air and views of the Gulf. There is a laundry facility on the 1st floor of the premises by the pool. We absolutely loved our stay! 2nd time staying in these units and I just love the location, the view, and how nice everyone is. It was very clean, the pool was clean and the check in/check out process was perfect. We had an issue with the door and it was fixed so quickly! Not complaining by any means, but just wanted to mention that a smart tv (for us that love to watch our Netflix, Amazon prime, etc) would be an awesome addition to this unit :)

Condo was nice and well stocked with most necessities. Condo was clean.I would just update the listing to note there are NO beach items available. Bring your own.Other item to note, which we may have missed, would be you need a beach permit to park on the beach. Suggest either making the permits available during check in, or list locations to purchase.Despite not having power for 7 hours on Sunday, which was due to a storm, we would stay again. Thank you.

Had a great weekend of Coastal Gift shopping. The Condo was perfect for the two of us. Weather wasn't that great ... but plenty of room for us to chill in the condo. Looking forward to coming back in the Spring & Summer to enjoy the pool and beach. Management Company easy to work with. Condo met all of our expectations plus more.

I took my kids to Port A for a last minute summer beach vacation and this condo was perfect! It was so cozy and well equipped for a great weekend beach getaway. The location to the beach, restaurants and to the center of town was so convenient and my kids LOVED the pool!! Highly recommend this condo.

Best location in Port A. Condo is comfy and cute. Everything we needed was available. Great view! Walkable to many restaurants and shops in Old Town. Golf cart ride away from everything you could imagine to do. Easy check-in. Management Company very professional.

Everything was excellent. We have stayed in this unit about 10 times. Glad to see the water damaged ceiling has finally been fixed. It was unsightly. Was surprised to see the frig / freezer does not have ice cube trays. Maybe it never did, but noticed it this time, as I had to go buy ice for the tea.

The Best Hidden Gem in Port A

This is the Best Hidden Gem in Port A. The building has been totaled remodeled from Harvey and the elevator is working! This unit is awesome. The interior pictures need to be updated. Totally different look. Very beachy and welcoming. All new kitchen items ... cookware, dinnerware etc. nice supply of spices were available for our use. The balcony allows you to sit back and enjoy the sunrise, watch ships coming into the bay, unobstructed view of the gulf and down to the Sea Breeze Pool. Pool, hot tub and pool area is clean and relaxing. The beach is just down the road. Walk to great local restaurants and shops. Get the Jack Daniels Burger at Lelo's, the Chocolate Creme Bruele is to die for at the Venetian and you've gotta do breakfast at Coach's. And don't forget some chocolate and caramel from Winston's. To experience the total Port A Vibe rent a golf cart and enjoy Old Town, ride the beach and stop by all the shops. Head out to Port A Beer Hut and enjoy the swings at the bar and the yummy tamales. The crew at Life in Paradise is great. Great location, great unit, great management team .... Best Hidden Gem in Port A!

We have stayed at the Seabreeze Condos about 10-12 times in the last 15 years. Conveniently located. While not on the beach, the view of the Gulf of Mexico (about 500 yards away), is uninterupted across the rolling sanddunes. The view from the balcony of a rising full moon, or the sunrise, is picture perfect.

Love staying at Seabreeze Suites. Have been staying here for several years now. The units are perfect for a couple and are in close range of EVERYTHING in Port Aransas. While on vacation not everyone is cooking in their units, however the cookware and dishware as well as the cutlery needs updated desperately.

We rented this place to celebrate our Baby Moon and it was super cute! The only downfall (and my bad for not reading the details fully before about the elevator being broken) but 7 months pregnant with 4 flights a stairs was a doozy! The room was perfect for my husband and I and minus he stairs, the best part was the view and location. The outside of the building needs a little work, there were a couple little bugs inside, which is impressive for the 4th floor, but the updates inside were awesome! My husband became a toddler withthe squeezy bed lol but it was comfy and got nice and cold for us at night.

The rental was a lovely room, with everything you will need on a vacation. Our weekend turned out to be very stormy, so we spent more time in the room that normal. Two things that where less than great, we where in a forth floor room, and the elevator did not work. Advanced warning would have been nice. Second, the toilet chain is constantly coming unlatched, so the first thing I had to do on my vacation was home repair, and several times after. Not cool.

super noisey A/C unit

Every time the A/C unit kicked on it sounded like a motorcycle hauling *** down the street. The bed was less than comfortable. The room was very clean and the appliances were great. The elevator was out so it sucked having to climb 4 floors to reach our room.

Overall our experience was good. The toliet chain keep slipping off and had to keep putting it back on to flush the toliet. The garbage disposal got stuck and had to fix it. My husband is a handy man and therefore we were able to correct these issues ourselves. We had a good experience with the office and know they would of sent someone out for repairs had we ask. A broom is needed in the room due to all the sand one tracks in from the beach. Great location to everything. Didnt go to the pool but its really nice. Property is currently continuing to recover from the Hurricane but that can be overlooked.
