This newly remodeled condo is located on the 3rd floor with a great view of the beautiful shared pool area and views of the ocean at the Seabreeze Condo Complex. Ideal for a small family of 4. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for this property. (no dishwasher) Watch TV from the King bed or Futon. Read a book in the sitting area with two chairs to curl up in. Called at the last minute and they got me right in a room. Life in paradise is so easy to deal with and always very helpful. Great clean rooms and condos. Just needed a couple nights for a weekend getaway and they always come through!

Last month we stayed here as a family with our two sons and last weekend I went back with my sister for a girls weekend. Another fabulous stay and we're already planning to go back again! The location of the condo - walking distance to tons of restaurants and only a few blocks from the beach - makes it perfect for a family or friends getaway. The condo offers just enough space to be comfortable and the pool area is amazing - shaded and cool in the afternoons when you need a rest from the beach and the sun. We were so pleased with how quiet the unit is, too. A total respite from hectic busy lives!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked a return trip next month. The condo is beautifully appointed and the perfect size for our family of 4. The pool and hot tub area provided hours of fun for us and our two boys, and the beach is only 1/2 mile away! Having plenty of restaurants to walk to for dinner was an added bonus. Excellent location, great amenities, clean and stylish condo. Win win!

We just love staying at the condo and being so close to the beach plus walking distance to some of our favorite food. It is so nice to sit on the balcony or by the pool and the hot tub is a great, relaxing end to the evenings. Very relaxing and everything we need for a weekend getaway.

I really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and comfy. The outside of the building looks a bit rundown but the room itself was nice. We had a small issue with a chair on our deck, but got prompt replies and offers to come fix it. My only real complaint is parking. Each condo only gets one space. We were told overflow parking was across the street, which meant you had to jump the curb in your vehicle and park in the grass along the track. Or you could park behind the building, which involved blocking the access to the dumpster. The first several nights, the condos weren't full so parking was not an issue. By Saturday evening though, the entire lot was full and all the overflow parking and all the way down the road to the beach was full of cars. I assume they belonged to the many people going to the various restaurants. I know several of the cars in the condo's parking lot were not staying there. We saw them come from the restaurants and get into their cars and leave. I would suggest assigning parking spaces for specific condos, or requiring parking permits in the actual lot. Lastly, if you plan on booking a golf cart through Life in Paradise, do so early. I thought they had a cart designated for each condo. I was mistaken, my fault.

I had a great time in Port A. Was down for the 4th of July. The only downfall was the elevators were still out. Was told that it will be working by end of August. Staying on the 3rd floor was a bit difficult but we managed. The pool was good except the tiles need to be cleaned. Also people were letting their pets in the pool. A bit disgusting.

The Sea Breeze HOA has finally received their settlement with insurance and repairs are underway. We hope to have it back in order by the end of August. Please come back and stay with us again.

Our rental experience was perfect, from booking to staying to check-out, super easy and our condo was amazing with everything we needed in our room, a great pool and located just up the road from the beach, next door to Stingrays (great food and drinks) and super close to shopping at Bay Quest Outfitters and more awesome food options, like Fins. Great service, super clean and I would highly recommend staying at 134 Sea Breeze!!

We loved our 5 nite stay and wish we could have stayed longer! This studio unit is exactly as pictured and is perfect for a couple. It has a nice pool and hot tub, although we couldn't get the hot tub to warm up the only time we went to use it (weather was quite chilly ou 1st 2 days, so maybe a factor). Unit is on the 3rd flr and elevator not working since Hurricane, but they expect to have it fixed buy mid-summer, so be aware you'll be up & down the stairs if renting now. Payoff is a really cute & comfortable unit with nice partial view of tbe gulf & seabreezes from the deck! It had everything we needed and we enjoyed that it was so close to the beach and town with several good restuarants within walking distance! Very responsive and informative management company also.

First time to stay here. I normally stay at the other end of the island in one of those **** the man resorts. However I was delighted with the sea breeze staff and condo. Check in was a breeze. A couple minor issues which were dealt with promptly and professionally. I will be back.

Stayed a week in Port Aransas. Studio condo was very nice with lots of seating. Very clean and had a Covered patio to watch the o clean. Very close to beach and an easy walk. Safe for a single female traveler

The place had a great view. Clean and as described. We used the pool and hot tub and they were also clean and good condition. Great location! I didn't want to write the review so I could keep this hidden gem to my self :) Conveniently, there is a hose outside to wash the sand off of us and the dog before going inside.

We love this small complex of condos. They are always sparkling clean with comfy beds everything we need for a relaxing vacation. It's such huge bonus to find a wonderful place that allows the family pets along for vacation. It's a two minute drive to the beach or a 10 minute walk. Management is friendly and ready to help if needed. Internet could be better but that isn't what we go to the beach for anyway, so not a big deal for our family. we'll be back for many, many years to come!

Saved money by having a full kitchen! We cooked all our meals and made the trip more affordable. Comfortable space with plenty of room. It is an older building and the elevator still doesn't work. Pool and pool area is very nice. Beautiful view of the dunes at the beach. Very short walk and drive to the Port A beach.
Property management company was very friendly and super helpful.

2nd stay at Sea Breeze

This was our 2nd stay at Sea Breeze suites. The property has been upgraded since our last stay. The room was clean, very nice and offered everything we needed. The bed was not the best. The cleaning crew was hardworking and friendly. We particularly like this property because they allow dogs. In addition, we always look for a balcony for afternoon reading.

Everything was just as described. The place was clean. The location is perfect proximity to town and the beach. Just wish elevator worked but that was not a deal breaker, and we knew ahead of time by the property listing. Had a great time our first ever vacation in Port A!
