We LOVED our stay at Sea Breeze. Super clean, kitchen had everything I need to cook my meals. (Must bring your own coffee) less than a mile to the beach. View was beautiful. Definitely will come back again ! Thank you.

We have stayed with Life in Paradise before and they never seem to let us down no matter when or which room we stay in! Everything is always very clean, they respond very quickly to any questions we ever have and it is enjoyable. Once again, it was an amazing trip with Life in Paradise and we will be coming back again!!

Your condo was fabulous. Not only did it have a great beach vibe decor, it was super clean, comfy, cozy, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony to watch the sun rise over the Gulf or just sit out and read (and paint) The location was close enough to walk to the beach and out to the jetty. We enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was a bit cool, but we were in December. We loved being able to walk to get a beer and pizza. We definitely want to come back some day.

For years we’ve did a girls trip to Port A and we stay somewhere new every year. This has By far been our favorite and we will be back next year 100%!! Clean, fully equipped with anything you need, feels Safe and so convenient to the water, our fav restaurants etc! Thank you for having us!!

We had a great time in Port Aransas and the room was great! Very clean, plenty of amenities and well stocked with basic necessities. It was quite and relaxing after a long day at the beach and shopping. We were able to meet and spend some time with the head of the HOA and his wife, great people and very friendly. They recommended a restaurant in Rockport on our way home that we stopped and had lunch at. It was fantastic,Thanks for that! Would Love to come again in the near future.

We had an amazing stay. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and clutter free. All the amenities were easily accessible and view from the 3rd floor beautiful. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Easy check in/out process with the booking company. It wasn't crowded or loud, great area of the island to stay at.

Great Place with a good view, the pool is a good little extra, our 10 year old Golden retriever Really liked the Elevator(She is a senior). We brought our own Golf Cart and had a blast!

other than we failed to notice that this condo is on the third floor and the lift does not function, once we had got our bags in it was a really well appointed Condo for a couple. Plenty of kitchen equipment for eating in, loads of towels, free laundry facility. All made it a good place.
The condo itself needs outside decorating , inside there was a loose kitchen cupboard door, the bathroom tap needed replacing properly but did work! and other than the corners it was well cleaned.
The balcony is a bonus with a view over the beautiful pool area. It would be even better with a small table.
The Management company were helpful. Our overall experience was good, we love this area for the bird watching in Spring and Autumn.Port Aransas is getting itself back together after the hurricane last year and it was good to see so many new restaurants and houses being built.
So as long as you can get up the stairs, are a bathroom sharing couple and ignore the tatty outside of the building, it is great!!

Way too quick of a vacation

The condo was just what we needed. The pet policy is really helpful so that we were able to bring \"Coastal\" with us. She loves the ocean. My husband was able to get some fishing in too. I would be happy to stay here again and again. We've been coming to the Sea Breeze suites for years and never disappointed.

Securing the condo was very easy and the staff at check-in was very nice, excellent customer service. It was close to the beach but we rented a golf cart at a discounted rate thru Life in Paradise. Property was very clean. Very nice pool and hot tub. The grill on the AC unit on the balcony was missing but view of the pool was nice. The toilet continued to run after we added water to the tank but closed the bathroom door so we wouldn't hear it all night. A few of the wall lights were out, probably needed new bulbs. Mattresses had dips from use and need to be rotated but we slept decent on them. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. This unit is on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order but we didn't mind climbing stairs. I appreciated the nice touch of the golf cart waiting for us but it was a little frustrating that we had to wait for the key to operate it. We really liked the keyless entry to the condo. We really enjoyed our stay here and will again in the future. Highly recommend Seabreeze.

Had a great time staying at the Sea Breeze Suites. #131 was extremely clean and well maintained. It’s at a perfect location with eateries and the beach within walking distance. The parking situation got to be difficult with a lot of spaces being occupied with golf carts, but that was only on Saturday. Otherwise, great place! Will definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for our little family. There was a nice variety of restaurants, a bar, and some shops within very short walking distance. The beach access was about 3 minutes. They were free and clean.

We had a great time in the unit. The second night there was a party above us complete with beer pong. Also one early evening a dog was left and it barked for an house.

Pool was clean and we had everything we needed to cook dinner.

We would stay again.
