Overall nice visit. The mattress need to be replaced. They make a lot of noise just sitting on them and turning over. A drop down blind to block morning sun would be nice on back porch so you can enjoy outdoor coffee in the morning. The toilet is loose and wobbly.

Very functional room with full kitchen. Walkable to the ocean and the best pizza in town at the Gaff! Minutes from everything, including the beach.

this is 4th or 5th time we have stayed great experience always, super quiet ,close to everything food ,drinks ,fishing, etc. even the pet loves staying

Great location. Elevator does not work. Unit was cozy. I am surprised there was not a dishwasher.That just doesn't seem sanitary. We made sure that we washed everything well before using. Curtains do not keep the morning sun out. LOL. Was nice that they provided face wipes. We had a little tar on our feet and that helped remove it! Beautiful pool.

Thanks so much for staying with us! The elevator has not worked since Hurricane Harvey, the HOA has had issues with getting insurance money and the elevator has to be completely rebuilt. It is being worked on right now. Also on every website that we advertise this property on we clearly state that the elevator is not functioning. This unit is an efficiency unit, which does not come with a dishwasher. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon!

Hello , when we arrived even after hours the women was willing to take us to our place and she was very kind . We rented a buggy and they brought it to us . It was amazing . The people were great . The place we stayed at was very dirty . The floor didn’t look like it was even swept . The bathroom was filthy . The toilet top and bottom looked like is hasn’t been cleaned in months . . I took out the dishes and silverware and washed everything before I used it . I loved the pool and the bbq and it was close to the beach . ��

Every time that we go to the coast, we prefer to stay at Sea Breeze because of the location and the rooms are perfect for weekend trips. The only negative thing that I would say about this unit is that the beds make a lot of noise when you move so, my sleep was not that great.

Our family really enjoys staying at the Sea Breeze Suites when we head down to Port A. Sea Breeze Suites is within walking distance of 5 different restaurants and a few blocks from the main drag. The rooms are cute and have a full kitchen which we love. Pool are is cute and has a BBQ pit ready for you to cook out on. We will definitely be back soon!

Room was nice and convenient to pool from back door. Beds need updating, very squeaky and noisy. Also, some little creature is loose in room, got into our candy bag. Besides those two issues, the stay was nice.

This rental is in the perfect location being just a minute to the beach! It was very clean and cute. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool after a day at the beach. It is right in the heart of great restaurants and shops. At night we found it to be quiet and relaxing with super comfy beds! This is our new go-to place for sure when planning a beach trip:)

Wonderful Quick Getaway

This place was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we loved how close everything was. We only drove the car once our entire 3 day stay. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place with a cute little pool this is definitely the spot. We'll be back :)

Id stayed at this property years ago, back when it was operated as a hotel. The condo I stayed in is absolutely adorable! It was clean and OMG, felt like a lil home! Loved that it has a back door, onto grassy area for pets and pool. Its an end and bottom floor level so that was nice. I always found a convenient parking space, too. I was comfortable and slept incredibly well! Its also within walking distance to restaurants. Its just a cute and cozy condo!! Loved it!!

We had a great time in Port A and the condo was a big part of our stay. We chose the perfect time to be there. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
