This beautifully furnished beach house promises easy waterfront living. Relax on one of three back decks overlooking the pond and the bay or on the front deck across from one of the community pools. Set in the Royal Sands community, this home has direct beach access by a private golf cart-friendly boardwalk and access to two pool areas and a hot tub. Free, secure, wireless internet is provided, as well as smart TV options for logging in to your accounts with Netflix, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, or Hulu.
The fully stocked open kitchen is adjacent to the living room, which features three couches. This allows the family to watch TV and movies and to socialize. If you can't agree on movies, there are TVs located on all three levels.
Guests can enjoy the second-story front or back patios in Adirondack chairs, or gather on the front patio area while grilling for your family and friends. Up to two well-behaved, potty-trained furry friends under 60 lbs. each are welcome with an added fee.
The home also features family-friendly amenities, including a highchair.

Overall

Three levels of bedrooms and bathrooms really make having a big group feel like we aren't on top of each other. Everything was easy, check in, check out, having a golf cart, all made for an amazing vacation. We would stay here again.

Our kids and grandkids have been coming to the beach with us and staying in this house for the past 4 years. . They love the suite downstairs and it's perfect for their family. The house is comfortable and convenient to the beach. The WiFi needs an upgrade as it freezes and is frustrating when watching football. Life in Paradise was very receptive to most of our needs during our stay. There are a few things in the house we reported and feel confident they will be addressed.

The house we rented was very nice. A well stocked kitchen in regards to pots, pans, dishes, etc. Full size washer and dryer was a plus. Overall condition of the house was good, not great. A little worn in areas. Area was very family friendly. I will definitely book another home through Life in Paradise.

The house was great, layout worked well for multiple families. Space was ample. Golf cart being included was super easy, beach access was not far at all. Only complaint is the upstairs (3rd floor) bedroom runs much hotter than the rest of the house.

I would love to give a bad review to make sure it’s available the next time I head back, but that’s just selfish. I honestly can’t say enough about this place. Location- perfect, the pool is right across the street and the beach just a short walk away. Space- pefect. Went with a group of 11 with 6 kids who basically had their own lair on the bottom floor. The kids were between the ages of 13 and 5. Perks-golf cart was soo fun and made getting to the beach and taking evening rides in groups that much more fun. We ended up adding another day to our booking Communication- excellent. Super smooth checkin and checkout. Just a little tip though. If you do use the golf cart and you come in by the ferry, the office is right there. You will pass it. Stop in before heading to house to sign waiver. All in all a wonderful experience I can’t wait to get back to!

I absolutely loved the house and enjoyed my stay. The house was spacious enough for our 10 family members. The lower level was perfect for my elderly dad and aunt the didn't won't to walk upstairs. Clean, lots of supplies. And the beds must've been comfortable. I only remember getting in lol. Very close to the beach. Loved sitting on the back deck watching the fish jump. The pier fishing and nearby restaurants were great. Definitely will come back. Thanks Life in Paradise for making us comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at this house! We had 3 families with little kids. Each family had their own floor. My husband and baby stayed upstairs in the master and the closet was HUGE!! We were able to easily put our pack n play in there (honestly could have fit 2 or 3 pack n plays- it was so long). The house had an extra pack n play that we used as a make shift baby gate for the stairs that went to the first floor. The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. They also had 2 high chairs and plenty of kitchen seating. There were lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking. I'm pretty sure there was Roku for the TV. I liked sitting on the back patio which overlooked a little pond. The pool was right across from the front of the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were very happy overall with our whole experience! It came with a golf cart for free for the first 24 hours. No complaints other than the rule that you couldn't drive on the beach because of COVID. We had to get a little creative but thankfully were close enough to the boardwalk that we were able to just lug all our stuff to the beach rather than drive down there. Also I just can't say enough good things about Life in Paradise and my experience working with them! I called so many times with COVID related questions and had to reschedule my trip 3 times. They were so easy to work with and so easy to get a hold of which is hard to find with rental companies. So thank you for being so helpful! They also told me that I can save a good chunk of change by booking straight with them as opposed to booking through VRBO. VRBO charges a fee of like $140 but if you book straight through Life in Paradise you don't have to pay that. So I was really happy to hear that little tip! Thanks again!

It was amazing. Only a few issues with the house. The master bed appeared broken, master closet lights didnt work, and ceiling fan in living room would not turn on. Called maintenance but they never showed up. however brenda and steve were so very accommodating as we wanted to stay another night and we absolutely loved them!

5 night 4 day Beach Vacation in early August was a lot of fun for my wife and I, my adult children and granddaughter. Lots of sleeping room in the house so I was able to invite some extended family for weekend nights. Only issue is the hot August sun in late afternoon makes it hard to sit or bbq at back of house during certain times. I temporarily moved the bbq to the front driveway so I would have some shade while cooking.

The house was very nice, clean and as described in the rental listing. I was in town working with my team, so we weren't there for the touristy programs. Short walk to the beach was nice and a reasonable distance from town. The house it set up well for families with children.
