Paradise Palm 501 is positively one of the most sought-after properties on the island. This three-story, five-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome is located conveniently on 11th Street, just south of Access Rd 1A.
It comes with a six-passenger golf cart for your entire stay; a private pool, and a charming fenced-in yard with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your time at the beach. There is plenty of parking as well, two covered spaces, and three other spaces.
Upon entering the bottom floor, you will find the elevator to your right.
To the left is BD1) this room has a Queen bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a bench, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The ensuite BA1) full bath has a tiled walk-in shower, quartz countertops, and a door to the outside pool area.
Outside the bedroom to the left is the door leading outside to the pool/yard area.
Up the steps to the second level, you enter the hallway; straight ahead is a small coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker.
First right in the hallway is BD2) complete with a set of bunk beds with a Twin over a Full, and a Twin trundle underneath, a chest, a chair, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. There is an entrance to the deck that has a view of the Gulf Waters.
Down the hall to the left is BA2) a full bath with a tiled tub/shower combo, and a quartz countertop with a sink.
At the end of the hall, on the right is BD3) the master with a King size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The ensuite BA3) has a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower, Quartz countertops with dual sinks. This bedroom also has a private entrance to the deck shared with bedroom 2, with plenty of chairs to sit on and relax.
Across the hall is BD4) this bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a Twin over a Full, a Twin trundle underneath, a chest, a children's table and chairs, two children's bean bags, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
Travel up the stairs to the third floor and it will take your breath away... The area's open concept is perfect for the whole family to gather together.
The living area has a sectional sofa, that also folds out into a Queen size sleeper, two side chairs, and a large flat-screen smart TV with Wi-Fi. Right behind that is the sizeable dining room table with seating for ten, with three additional bar stools at the massive quartz kitchen bar.
The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare fabulous meals for your friends and family. All new stainless steel appliances include a sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, a walk-in pantry,  a Keurig, and a regular drip-style coffee maker.
Off the kitchen in a short hallway is BA4) a full bath with a large walk-in tiled shower, quartz countertops, and a sink. Out to the left is BD5) this bedroom is complete with a King size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a closet, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
Back out in the open-concept living area, the rooms are filled with light from all the windows on the back wall, take the door leading out to the deck... Enjoy your mornings watching the amazing Port A sunrise, or in the evenings when the moon is full; there is nothing like seeing that big moon rise up out of the ocean... Perfect views from here...

Everything was great. Had a washing machine issue Sunday night and the mechanics came immediately and fixed it. Someone was always available to answer any questions about the unit and the staff was knowledgeable of the unit. Mimosa Manor was very well appointed and clean.

The home and stay was very comfortable and relaxing.The only huge downfall was the elevator being out of order. It made it very difficult for an elderly and disabled person to be going up 3 flights of stairs.

House was great. Very clean, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Elevator was such a plus! Great ocean view. Pool was clean and refreshing. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely house, lovely place! Port Aransas was a fun experience, the restaurants were really good and we had an amazing time down here. Will be coming back for sure!

Excellent house, one of my favorites so far. The pool was really refreshing, and we enjoyed ourselves throughout our stay. Had a blast driving in to town and around the beach, and would love to rent this place again sometime.

Coming from the cold and harsh weather of the UK, this place was definitely an amazing upgrade to our lives. The food here was quite interesting, everything appears to be either fried or grilled, but our family didn't mind much. Excellent stay and we'd love to come back for more during our holidays.

Very satisfied with our stay here. We came down for a couple of days to enjoy our summer vacation with the family, and we were definitely very pleased with the outcome of everything. From the condition of the rooms to the golf cart as well, it was all very lovely. Enjoyed everything, and we can't wait to come back.
