Casa Delfín is a charming, newly remodeled home located in the Boardwalk neighborhood in town. It is just a short 0.5 mile drive around the corner to the beach from Access Road 1-A, and a refreshing 0.2-mile walk to the beach using the walkover at the end of the road. The welcoming driveway is framed by palm trees with ample parking for 6 vehicles. Take in the ocean breeze while sipping your coffee or adult beverage under the covered patio or front balcony. Venture up the stairs to the front door to the open and inviting floor plan with a coastal décor carried throughout the home. The living room has a large sectional with plush pillows made for relaxing which folds out to a sleeper for two, two wicker accent chairs, a TV, cable, and a fireplace. There is also Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet that is perfect for online school/distance learning and for those who just can't escape work. Try out your culinary skills in the modern kitchen which is comprised of everything you will need to prepare holiday meals from spacious quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster to basic pots, pans, and utensils. Serve the freshly made meals at the dining table with seating for 8. There is additional seating for four at the bar. The guest bathroom down the hall has a vanity and tub/shower with a glass enclosure. The guest bedroom (BR1) is made up of a King bed, nightstands, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV.  For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the hall closet. The bunk room (BR2) has two sets of custom-made Twin XL bunk beds that are large enough to sleep an adult for those girl's/guy's weekends, each with storage and lighting. Enjoy movies on the wall-mounted TV. The master suite (BR3) consists of a King bed, nightstands, closets and a TV. Luxuriate in the spa-like ensuite bathroom in the large tile stand-alone shower with bench, jetted soaking tub, and double vanity. This home also has a carbon monoxide detector. Grill your catch of the day on the charcoal grill.  If you are looking for a place to bring the family, relax, and enjoy the beach, then look no further. Book your stay to come and play.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Delfin. Everything was clean and comfortable. Terrific location. The beds and living area furniture were cozy. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare and serve a variety of foods. One recommendation is regarding coffee. While there was a Kurig, and large coffee filters, there was no Melitta or coffee maker. We ended up buying a coffeemaker and donating it locally.

We have stayed at this house multiple times and will continue to stay at this property. The location is great with a dead-end street and a boardwalk to the beach. In addition, the house is nice, furnished well, and fits our family's needs because the kids can each have their own room or if they invite friends there is plenty of room with the bunk house.

We had a really pleasant stay at Casa Delfin for a weekend getaway. The location is fantastic relative to both the beach and the restaurants downtown. The home was pretty much as described, and was quite comfortable for our whole family. We enjoyed our time there.

Nice get away trip in beach was walking distance. House was very nice and roomy. Only one problem next door neighbors had a party every night. I felt like was at the end arty with all the music blasting in our room. Yelling and loud music all night was the only thing wrong with my stay.

Our 14th year wintering in Port A. Definitely one of our favorite beach houses. Everything was so comfortable and decorated so nicely. Also loved that the home and all the kitchen items were high end. Our first time renting from Life in Paradise and thought they too were exceptional. Overall an awesome experience.

Casa Delfin is the perfect beach property for families or a girls/guys trip. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, comfy beds for sleeping and a great kitchen with all you need to cook/bake. Beach access is convenient. Easy access to all the restaurants and shopping downtown.

What a lovely stay we had this past weekend. The house is beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Plenty of seating and the beds are so comfy. Great nights sleep was had by all- including my sleep finicky 11 year old who loved the bunk room. The front porch was perfect for a cup off coffee in the morning and I could hear the seagulls and waves while watching the sun rise. The beach is just a short walk down a fun boardwalk at the end of the street. Really couldn’t ask for a better location. Easy access to all the dining and shopping in town. Check out the local coffee shops... they are delicious. Loved the fireplace on cool nights and the laundry on our last evening. Thank you Casa Delfin for a fantastic weekend!

What a blessing this house was to our family! It couldn't have been more perfect! It had everything we needed & more. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated & well equipped. The kitchen had state of the art appliances, cooking utensils & dishes. The two king beds were a great bonus & the bunk room was perfect for our children. The private beach access was conveniently located close to the house & so nice for going back & forth to the beach. We created wonderful memories here & can't wait to return again! Thank you for providing great JOY for our family in sharing it with us!
