Trout House is a wonderful home located near all of the restaurants, shopping and activities. Comfortable, modern furnishings beautifully compliment this new home with accommodations for 8. Trout House space features blended living and dining areas, open kitchen, and half bath. Enjoy the relaxing views of the Nature Preserve off of the back balcony.
You will also be able to enjoy meals from the homes fantastic kitchen. There, you will experience the high end stainless steel appliances, stunning cabinetry, an island and spacious breakfast bar with two bar stools. This kitchen has all of the items needed to prepare that wonderful meal! The dining table has seating for 8.The relaxing living room, well-appointed dining room and incredible kitchen are all included in this open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. The living room has a large sectional (with sleeper sofa), TV, Wi-Fi, cable, rocker and gaming/card table for 4.
The master bedroom (BR1) offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and a private en-suite bath. The master bedroom also has its very own private deck that overlooks the Aransas Bay. The other two bedrooms are on the same floor. The first guest bedroom (BR2)  offers two twin/twin bunkbeds. The second guest bedroom (BR3) offers a king size bed, with a flat screen tv.  This bedroom also offers a balcony view to enjoy the morning breeze and the Nature Preserve in the back.   These rooms share a hall bath.

It was the perfect amount of space and very very relaxing. Right in town was convenient for food and shopping and very close to the beach!

There are so many positive things I can say about this place but I'll leave you with this. I've spent 12 years in the hotel service industry at one point in my life training sales leaders hope to sell their product/hotel. This place sells itself. Beyond not being close to the beach, you minutes away, it was perfectly located to shopping and dining, very clean and well maintained, exceeded out expectations in so many ways. Highly recommend.

To begin with this Trout House is close by to all the action at Port A. It accommodates enough for 10 people. The two master bedrooms with its own bathrooms and showers made it convenient. The 3rd floor is equipped to have meals for all ten people with a very large fully equipped kitchen. Everything is provided to cook three meals a day. The living room area feels like I was in a retreat center. The knotty pine wood interior was very pretty. Everything was crystal clean like it’s a brand new beach house. It’s also equipped with an outdoor grill with plenty of seating. I loved that each room and ares has its own balcony. The house is tall so there’s always a beautiful view! In summary, I definitely want to go back there again!

We decided to do a last minute vacation to Port Aransas and this was one house that came up. I was happy as this house was a fairly new build and had plenty of room for my family and I. We will definitely be using this house again!
