Rockin' Pelican is newly remodeled and sits in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. Located in town, it is within walking distance to the Community Pool, park with a playground and dog park, 0.6 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and a quick 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Rockin' Pelican has a warm and inviting feel as you walk in the door. The comfortable couches and matching armchairs are made for relaxing and watching movies on the TV with cable, one of the couches is also a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking needs with spacious countertops, appliances, crisp white cabinets, wood embellishment accent on the walls, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. Sip your morning coffee on the covered balcony while taking in glimpses of the ships passing in the channel or gaze at the sunset in the ocean breeze. Seek refuge in the guest room (BR1) made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and a luggage rack. Kids will love sleeping in the second guest room (BR2) on the Twin over Full bunk bed with the use of a chest, closet, and armchair. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR3) outfitted with a King bed, closet, and nightstands. The ensuite bathroom is appointed with a vanity and shower. The washer and dryer are located downstairs for your use. Take advantage of the seating below under the large covered patio/grilling area for evening meals, visiting, and entertaining. The kids have plenty of room to run around the grand backyard and enjoy the brand new beautiful private pool. Ample parking for 3 vehicles and boat/watercraft.

The pool can be heated for $100.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, Short Term Rentals Only, Subject to a $10.00 fuel charge.
$95 pet fee per pet, limit 2 pets.

This house was well thought out and supplied all the necessities and more. The fully fenced, private yard with a gorgeous pool was a treat for lazy mornings and after the beach. I can't wait to come stay again. The neighborhood was much quieter than places I have stayed in the past and had a nice residential feel.

We had a wonderful time visiting Port Aransas again. We hate to leave every time. The house was great. plenty of room for all 6 of us. The pool was definitely a plus! The only thing that I would suggest would be to add a washer and dryer for the convenience of washing our clothes without going to a laundry center.

This house had everything we needed for our beach stay. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach, and the sunsets were fantastic. Thank you, Rockin Pelican. Highly recommend it and will be back again!

Really enjoyed this home!!!! Beautiful and close to town. The house was furnished with everything you need. Will definitely try booking it again in the future. Life In Paradise Vacation Rentals makes reserving SO easy!! Couldn't be happier!!! Thank you for a GREAT stay!!!

This rental is our favorite in Port A! Amazing location, close to everything, and the house is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need. Tons of parking. And we love the sunsets and ship watching from the front porch. 5 Stars!

Great place to stay. It says it sleeps nine and we actually had nine people on one night. The couple who got the pull-out sleeper said it wasn't bad at all. The kitchen was nicely supplied. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for five and there was no shortage of cookware, dining ware, and utensils. Nice big porch from which you can see the big ships sailing up and down the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. Walking distance to the community pool and skate park. 1.4 miles almost straight shot to the beach.
