Rockin' Pelican is newly remodeled and sits in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. Located in town, it is walking distance to the Community Pool (heated during the winter months) / Park with a playground and dog park , 0.6 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife and a quick 1.3 mile drive to the beach.

Rockin' Pelican has a warm and inviting feel as you walk in the door. The comfortable couches and matching arm chair are made for relaxing and watching movies on the TV with cable, one of the couches is also a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking needs with spacious counter tops, appliances, crisp white cabinets, wood embellishment accent on the walls, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. Sip your morning coffee on the covered balcony while taking in glimpses of the ships passing in the channel or gaze at the sunset in the ocean breeze. Seek refuge in the guest room (BR1) made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet and luggage rack. Kids will love sleeping in the second guest room (BR2) on the Twin over Full bunk bed with use of a chest, closet and arm chair. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR3) outfitted with a King bed, closet and nightstands. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a vanity and shower. The washer and dryer are located downstairs for your use. Take advantage of the seating below under the large covered patio/grilling area for evening meals, visiting and entertaining. The kids have plenty of room to run around the grand back yard. Ample parking for 3 vehicles and boat/watercraft.

This rental is our favorite in Port A! Amazing location, close to everything, and the house is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need. Tons of parking. And we love the sunsets and ship watching from the front porch. 5 Stars!

Great place to stay. It says it sleeps nine and we actually had nine people on one night. The couple who got the pull-out sleeper said it wasn't bad at all. The kitchen was nicely supplied. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for five and there was no shortage of cookware, dining ware, and utensils. Nice big porch from which you can see the big ships sailing up and down the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. Walking distance to the community pool and skate park. 1.4 miles almost straight shot to the beach.

Love this place and your service, just going to have to change location next time. House is so beautiful and love the location, just need updates on the beds and would be nice if they had washer and dryers for us too use.. Everything else was great thanks again.
