Welcome to the Tipsy Pelican; this charming beach-stilted house is just what you’ve been looking for. It will sleep ten with three bedrooms, two baths, and a private pool. It has parking for up to six vehicles or three and a small boat. And on the location, you can't beat it, close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Enter the front door to the open dining, living, and kitchen area.
The living area to the right has a sofa with a lounger on one end, and it also folds out into a queen bed, two reclining chairs, end tables with lamps, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
The exquisite wood dining table has seating for 6.
The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, all pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare your meals, and a Keurig coffee maker.
The first room on the left is BD1) this bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, a closet, and a smart TV. Next on the left, we have BA1) a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a granite countertop with a sink.
Down the hall to the left is BD2) this guest room has a queen bed, a nightstand with a lamp, a closet, and a small desk with a chair.
Across the hall is BD3) the master, complete with a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a smart TV. The en suite master bath BA2) consists of a lovely tiled shower with a rain-type shower head and a granite vanity with dual sinks.
At the end of the hall is the back door that leads out to the back deck, here you will find a patio table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors with. Travel down the stairs to the backyard, where you will find the fabulous private pool, a great place to cool down after a day at the beach, and plenty of lounge chairs to relax in around the soothing water.
A propane grill awaits you so you can cook your catch, and a picnic table and other chairs are also available for your convenience.

Our summer vacation was perfect! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool Fter the beach and at night while grilling. We love to cook so the spacious kitchen was a plus. Located near the bay, the proximity to shopping(IGA, Paul's seafood, CVS, etc) also close to ferry, Fins, boat tours while being in a quiet neighborhood was great. Beds were very comfortable. My only ask is that youbput a tv in the 3rd room. This was our first time using Life in Paradise and the service was great. It was great to have the golf cart built into the cost. It was a fantastic experience!!

Great place to stay with the family in Port A. Updated rooms with plenty of space, outdoor grill, and lounge area. The outdoor pool is also a great addition, along with a great location close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. You'll have a great time staying here!

This beach house is a perfect stay for your group! It is a short drive to the beach, and it's located in central Port A meaning you are close to a multitude of restaurants, shops, and more. The house itself has everything you need from, all kitchen and cooking utensils, to all your bedroom/ bathroom necessities. Having a private pool along with a bbq pit is an additional bonus.

The house was clean and very comfortable! All necessary items needed for our stay were included to make some great food on the back deck! The rental process through Life In Paradise was easy and everything was just as they said it would be when we arrived. We will definately be renting through them again!

This house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space in the house to where you don't feel crammed in. The beds are comfy and everything is so clean. The palm trees out by the pool makes you feel like you are in a resort without all the extra crowds! The amenities are great, and the location is perfect for jetting around town in the golf cart and just a quick ride to the beach. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Port A.

Such a welcoming beach home in an excellent location in Port A! Beautifully decorated, open concept, big, bright kitchen with all the amenities. Bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds. The pool and backyard is completely secluded and ready for all the summer fun! Large parking area, covered as well. We have actually booked this home several times, and we have several future dates on the books. We would recommend this property to any of our friends and family!

This house was perfect for our stay. It was super comfortable with plenty of room. The photos do not do it justice - this place is so cute.The amenities are very nice and all brand new. A great pool with really nice landscaping makes you feel like you’re at a resort. Great for relaxing after the beach.

Simple on the outside, comfortable on the inside. The pool and grill were a perfect combination for this place, and we can't forget the golf cart. Lots of fun all around, and the check-in process was so easy and simple. Beautiful home, will be coming back with friends and family soon!

We had our daughter's birthday here, and she loved this place. Her friends came over to have fun in the pool, as well as other family members as well. We all had lots of fun, it was a great opportunity to not only bond as a family, but also spend time near the beach as well and just have a great time. The house itself was really pretty, and the decoration felt very much like home away from home. The kitchen wasn't that big, but it was okay. Still a great place overall.
