Snow Shoes Not Allowed… Yes, you read that right! Don’t bring those snow shoes to this gorgeous coastal decorated townhome, located in the Pirates Bay community.
This newly remodeled townhome offers all the amenities you will need to enjoy a relaxing destination get-away! 
As you enter through the private breezeway, you are greeted with an open concept living room, kitchen, dining area, and elegant décor. The kitchen has sleek stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, commercial grade ice maker, an air fryer, an ice tea maker,  and everything a cook might need to prepare a small snack, or a full gourmet meal.
The dining room has an ample dining table with seating for eight, with additional seating at the bar for two.
The living area has a nice plush sofa, an oversize chair, two extra side chairs, coffee table, lamp, and large flat screen TV with Spectrum cable & Wi-Fi.
The first master bedroom BD1) is located off the living room and has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, nightstands with lamps, and also has an entrance to the patio area outside. Enter the luxurious en suite full bath with a tiled walk-in shower with double shower heads as well as dual sinks, and a separate makeup vanity area. Down the hallway from the kitchen on the left is the half bath, in a closet on the left is a full-size washer & dryer for your use during your stay. Across the hall on the right is a walk in pantry. Out to the garage, it has been transformed into a game room with something for the whole family. Complete with a Foosball table, Ping-Pong table, two bikes, a bar height table with two chairs, and other misc. items for your enjoyment.
Back inside up the stairs to the left is bedroom BD2) also has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, nightstands, lamps, a chest, and a private entrance to the second floor balcony. The en suite full bath has a tub / shower combo.
Across the hall is BD3) another king size bed, a flat screen TV, nightstands, lamps, and a chest. This bedroom also has a private entrance to the deck. The en suite full bath has a beautifully tiled, walk-in shower.
There is also a set of built in triple bunk beds in an alcove area, with two twins over a double.
The second-floor deck area is an absolutely wonderful place to enjoy unobstructed views of the Port A Sunsets.
The steps at the end lead down to a paradise of a back yard area. You will feel like you are at a tropical resort when you step into this area, from the landscaping to the mural painted on the fence. It has something for everyone: a soothing heated (for an extra fee) pool, various tables and chairs placed about for your comfort and activities, a wooden swing, a hammock, a propane grill, and a fine outdoor sectional positioned right in front of a large flat screen TV.
The townhome is built on two lots, so there is plenty of parking for at least six vehicles.
As we said before, leave those Snow Shoes behind... Get on down to Paradise and book Snow Shoes Not Allowed Today…

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house accommodated us perfectly. It was super cute, the décor & the layout. We loved the private pool & being able to enjoy the outside patio area with a large TV! Our only regret was not staying longer.

Home was nice and we enjoyed our stay. There were a couple setbacks in the beginning: the sheets upstairs had disgusting stains and hair in them giving the appearance that they were not washed. Extra sheets did not fit the bed so we had to simply lay them on the bed and sleep that way while we washed the other sheets. This took some time away from our relaxing which could have been avoided. We would recommend the property as the location and setup is very nice. Thanks

This house was perfect for three families with Kids. The pool was a huge bonus before an unusual cold front blew in and the pool heater could not keep up. We would rent this property again and really enjoyed our time. We have spent four years coming to Port A for spring break and this property has been our favorite so far. Also any issue we had or questions they responded immediately. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

This beach house is perfect for a relaxing getaway. I love how well laid out and decorated the house is. Everything is just lovely. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals and the grill was a great bonus! I had some work to do, so I set up on the beautiful balcony to work for a bit in the mornings. We enjoyed chilling in the pool and the accommodations are super comfy. Our favorite night was grilling out and watching a movie on the back patio! The beach is such a quick drive and so beautiful and peaceful. We get rested and rejuvenated after our time here. We will definitely be coming back to this place!
