But the true highlight of this property is when you step outside and enjoy your own private heated pool, along with a spacious outdoor living area complete with a TV, plenty of seating, and an outdoor shower. Spacious home with lots of outside amenities. Our teen boys enjoyed watching football, and being outside which was our number one requirement for this long weekend. The beach requires you to either drive a car or golf cart to the beach. Wish the pool would have warmed up, but these things happen. We would return and are considering a return visit this summer with extended family. Communication with management company was good.

We had the best time at the Bottoms Up property! The house literally had everything we needed: a large living area and porch, private pool, golf cart and a short drive to the beach! It even had toys for the kids. We loved staying there and hope to stay there next year!

Bottoms Up is without exception a top rental for any family stay. Home is very clean, layout spacious ( open kitchen, living and dining), loved the bedrooms and sleeping arrangements, relaxing and provides fantastic amenities. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had all equipment for cooking, large fridge. The outdoor pool was a wonderful addition for evening relaxing after a day at the beach. Our family took advantage of the patio while grilling, playing games and watching sports on the TV. Want this rental again next year for our annual Port A family vaca.

Best Port A Stay Yet!

Loved this rental! We stayed with 2 adults and 5 teenage boys and we all had a blast. The house is the perfect mix of updated beachy with relaxed vibes. The house had comfy beds, plenty of towels and paper products, and lots of helpful kitchen utensils. The living room tv is HUGE and the couch is nice and big. The downstairs area has and outdoor shower and a separate bathroom! It was so nice having so many bathrooms so that everyone could get ready at the same time. The outdoor pool was small but refreshing and all of the games included on the bottom level were a huge hit with the boys. The end unit location gave us extra privacy and a huge driveway for parking. We chose this rental because of the included golf cart and the built in bunk beds (way more secure than standalone ones) and it delivered that and so much more. WE WILL BE BACK!

This home was so perfect for our large group. The location to the beach and town was so convenient. The home is beautiful, with so much room, plenty of comfy beds and bathrooms, plenty of parking, so clean, fun things to do (ping pong, games, tvs, golf cart) and our group especially loved the private, heated pool! We will definitely consider booking this beautiful home in the future, possibly next year again for Sandfest!
