Coastal elegance is what you find at this Ocean Village home with accommodations for 12. Fall in love with the outdoors as you sit on the balcony overlooking the private pond and relax. All Washed Up features elegant hardwoods, beautiful furnishings and charming touches throughout. The gourmet kitchen offers coastal blue cabinetry, Corian countertops, everything you need for an amazing meal. Dining just off of the kitchen has seating for ten on a beautiful washed wood table surrounded by windows. Additional 3 seating at the breakfast bar. The living room has a comfortable feel for relaxing while watching the movies on the Smart HD television. Situated just off the living room is an additional game table with plenty of seating to hang out and have fun after a day at the beach. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the hallway closet. The master suite (BR1) offers a pillow-top king bed and flat-screen television with a private en suite bath. Just down the hall is another master suite (BR2) with a king bed, flat-screen TV and private en suite bath. The first guest bedroom (BR3) offers a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The second beautifully appointed guest bedroom (BR4) offers two twin over twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms share a full-size bathroom. Enjoy the picnic table, covered area underneath and the outdoor shower after a day in the sun.

There were 8 of us and each couple had their own room (4 bedrooms) which was very comfortable. We loved the decor, the long dining table, the ping pong table and the comfy couch. We all love to cook and enjoyed preparing meals in the very large kitchen. We also, enjoyed fishing in the pond and hanging out on the balcony on the awesome lounge chairs watching the water fountain in the pond. We loved hanging out at the beach as well as going shopping and eating out at the restaurants (everything is close by) Wish we could stay longer. We all had a marvelous time. We had a problem with the water faucet not turning off but management sent someone right over and fixed it all within an hour. Really appreciate the prompt response. Thank you!

Great time in Port A

House was great, plenty of room, nice big comfy couch. Kids loved catching fish out of the pond.

My daughter and I own a guest ranch in Smiley, Texas ... We KNOW hospitality and guest relations. Our rental had a big living room/dining room and kitchen, with 4 bedrooms. It was everything we could have asked for. Clean and great decorations. We could feed the fish and turtles off the balcony. The beach was a short drive away. We rented an ATV from Life in Paradise. It was a lot of fun. My daughter's Ford F-250 fit in the parking spot. My F-350 could at least get far enough in to be out of the way of traffic. The Wi-Fi was fast. The check-in/check-out was flawless and the personnel were very nice. It will be where we are staying from now on.

It was a perfect set up for our large family gathering. The adults stayed on the balcony and the kids played and fished by the pond. The cleaning crew could do a better job, but the accommodations were great.

The house was pretty dirty. The floors were nasty and seemed to not have been mopped in a good while, the white refrigerator was dirty on the outside (gross handles and the door panel had dried cheese stuck to it), all the pots & pan and silverware were grimy and needed a good scrub to remove dirt & grease before using. Even the couch had crumbs on it.
The beds and couch were comfortable. The ping pong table had junky paddles and balls. So you couldn’t really play. It was disappointing.
