Delightful Ocean and Beach Views await you when you book your next stay at Mustang Towers #303.

The living area has a matching loveseat & sofa, an end table with lamps, and a TV w/WIFI and Spectrum cable.
The grand glass dining table has seating for 6, with additional seating at the bar with 2 barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all-new stainless-steel appliances, both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker.
There is an ample size laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use. BD1) is the Bayside bedroom, it is complete with 2 twin size beds, a nightstand, a lamp, a chest for your beach clothing, a closet, and a TV with WIFI and cable. The full bath BA1) located in the hallway has a tiled tub/shower combo and sink with a granite countertop.
Across from the living area is BD2) the master bedroom with a king bed, nightstands, lamps, a chest, a walk-in closet, and a TV w/WIFI and cable. The full ensuite bath BA2) has a beautiful walk-in shower and a sink with a granite countertop.
The outside patio area can be accessed by the master bedroom or the living area, both sides have floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Sit out here and enjoy the ocean breezes as you gaze at the water. Watch the kids & families on the beach as they build castles & memories together. The best is when you can watch as that big moon rises up out of the water at night.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski’s they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
Come on down to the coast, and enjoy Mustang Towers #303...

We have stayed at multiple units of Mustang Towers for years. Loved unit 303. Even with Hurricane Beryl coming around, Life In Paradise was willing to work with us, but we ended up not having to change our plans and had a great stay.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience with us at Mustang Towers, especially in unit 303! We are thrilled to hear that despite the threat of Hurricane Beryl, our team at Life In Paradise could assist you, ensuring your plans stayed intact and you had a fantastic stay.

Very nice condo on the third floor. You are high enough to see the water. The condo is equipped with every thing you need. We like that the main bed room has a wall across it. More private if you have others there. you will not go wrong with this condo.

The home was absolutely lovely! It was immaculately clean! The sheets and towels were bright and fresh. The furniture was comfortable and tasteful as well as the decor. The bathrooms were spotless as well! The essentials were well provided for in the kitchen and the refrigerator/freezer worked great. The only 2 drawbacks were that the sink in the primary bathroom was slow to drain if the water was allowed to run for a minute(like while waiting for the water to get warm). The other drawback was the mattress in the primary bedroom was very soft so we felt like we were falling into a pit on both sides, but we know preferences of firmness in mattresses are totally subjective and vary wildly from person to person. We were able to sleep ok and the stay was wonderful! Thank you

Second time in 303. Planned to be there sooner but Harvey kept us from coming back. Nothing more relaxing than sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the waves. We'll be back!

Overall, a very nice room with a great balcony set-up, which we used a lot. Nice large bedrooms; loved that they had roll-away beds in the closet. Suggestions: Post directions for logging into the Wifi in a conspicuous place. Another 2 rolls of toilet paper and maybe 2 or 3 pods for the washing machine. Most other condo rentals have those.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights and had a great time. It was beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked. We loved that the Master was an actual bedroom and not just a room with a partition. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone. We loved having the beach gear choices provided.

The condo was great, with a great view of the ocean. The condo was fully equipped. Beautiful decor and a great view from the balcony out of the window of the front room or the master bedroom. There was a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee makers and microwave. we were only a few feet from a private beach. There was also a pool and hot tub on site. Registration and check-in was a breeze. We will be going back again.

We loved having the view of the beach! Even better was the close proximity. Option of renting a small condo was perfect for our small group and it was clean when we arrived. Beds were comfy and the condo was cozy enough to hang out in when we aren't at the beach, pool, or exploring Port A

My family and I were just looking for a small simple place to stay that was right on the beach and this fit the bill. We didn't need a full sized house or townhome. We spent most of our time out and about exploring the beach and Port A, and the condo was a perfect place to stay the night and spend time in when we weren't out.
