A View to Sea, the newest rental edition to magnificent Mustang Towers. This is one of the closest condo complexes to the beach. This two-bedroom, two-bath, fourteenth-floor, ocean view condo, that sleeps six is perfect for your next beach getaway. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning as you look out over the Gulf. Imagine watching the first blush of sunrise as you sit and have your morning cup of coffee, or while having an evening cocktail, when the moon is full, it is something to see to watch that big Texas moon rise up out of the ocean. The living area has a beautiful sectional sofa, two side chairs, and a TV with cable and WIFI. BD1) The master bedroom is across from the living area, and there is a sliding partition door for privacy. The master has a king bed, a dresser with a mirror, and nightstands with lamps. BA1) The en suite full bath has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with a sink. The dining area has a sizable dining table that will seat 6 comfortably. The kitchen has glossy white appliances, granite countertops, and both a regular drip and a Keurig coffee maker. BD2) Is located across the hall and has a queen bed, a set of twin-size bunk beds, a nightstand, a dresser, and a TV with cable. BA2) This full bath is located next door, and it has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with a sink. Down the hall is the spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use while in the unit. There’s also a storage area in the laundry room. There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski’s they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot. A View to Sea is just waiting for you to come and make your precious memories… Come on down and see for yourself… “A View to Sea”…

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as described and the place was extremely clean. We look forward to our next visit and plan to stay here again. Great sunrises and loved sitting on the balcony just listening to the ocean waves hit the shore. Thank you!

Thank you,We really enjoyed our stay other than the cold front that came in , Staff were great, fyi the GfCi on balcony is defective and needs attention it has power to the plug but won't reset to supply power, this was not any type of issue for us, just letting you know, by the way onsite maintenance is aware and someone did come by while we were out and left a door hanger notification that they had come by to resolve the issue, again thank you Mike and Connie Hathaway

The only thing we could fault would be that the room was ready prior to 4pm check in. My wife has heart issues and needed access to rest around 2pm.

This condo was perfect! Amazing views, cool AC, easy access to the beach, nice pool, stocked kitchen, enough furniture in the living room for us to lounge as a family. The beds were a bit firm for our taste, but that is a personal preference not a complaint. I would stay here again and again!!!

Everything is wonderful however the instructions for check out need to be provided on check in. We received the checkout instructions already after we departed.

The unit was perfect. The only issue was the property management company allowed construction to start as early as 8AM. Given that its a vacation property, they should consider their guest.
