Beautiful Newly Remodeled Beachfront Condo, Beach Boardwalk and Communal Pool Hot Tub
 

Mustang Towers unit 102 is a first-floor ocean front condominium. You’ll begin to relax as soon as you step inside. This condo, located just above the dunes, is a newly updated, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 6. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, smaller ones in each bedroom, and WIFI throughout the condo. The kitchen, living room, and dining room flow together, and have a beautiful view of the Gulf through the floor to ceiling balcony windows. You can watch the waves from the balcony or while preparing a snack in the kitchen. The condo has new furniture in each room, and LVT flooring in the entire unit.

Upon entering to the right is a laundry room with a-new full-sized washer and dryer. On the left past the laundry room is the guest bedroom and shower tub combo bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, nightstands, dresser and mirror. A closet is available for your use.

Just past the laundry room to the right is a beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Including stainless steel appliances, blender, hand mixer, toaster, Keurig and a drip coffee maker; perfect for preparing any meal. The kitchen has a large work surface with an overhang on the dining room side allowing seating for 3. The huge dining room wood table has a bench on one side and four chairs, and comfortably seats a minimum of 6 adults.

Your guests will not have to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa sleeper as a Queen-sized Murphy bed is just across from the dining room table. There’s plenty of room to open the Murphy bed while the table remains in place. Right next to the table are the huge soft pillow backed couches and two large comfy reclining chairs. You can soak up the view or watch a movie on the large mounted flat screen T.V. Take a nap and wake up to the view of the ocean!

Next to the living room is the master bedroom separated by large wood sliding Barndoors, complete with a King-sized bed, nightstands, flatscreen TV, dresser and mirror. A large closet is available for your use. The ensuite bathroom has a stunning white marble walk-in glass shower that is complete with a corner shower seat.

The balcony has 4 chairs and offers splendid views of the endless waves, and spectacular sunrises.

The condo was immaculate, the furnishings were perfect and the location was close to the boardwalk with the best views. It had a coffee pot with all the kitchen pots, pans and accessories needed to make a great homemade breakfast. We will definitely be back and extended our stay 1 night because we didn't want to leave. Life in Paradise provided outstanding customer service.

# 102 was a nice condo and well equipped. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of bathroom towels and pillows. The kitchen sink was leaking under the cabinet the first night and staff was really prompt on call back and repair. Air conditioning worked great.I wish the lawn in front of the condos was landscaped and maintained. Boardwalk was nice! Overall great stay at Mustang Towers!

Is there a better feeling than going to the beach all day to come back and soak in a bathtub? Haven't found one yet.

I loved how how the kitchen opened up to the dining/living spaces. The open concept made it so we could all be interacting and enjoying each others time even if we weren't in the same "room". While we were on ground level the view was still amazing and it was nice to sit on the back porch in the mornings or even later at night.
